I purchased a refrigerator about 13 months ago from Menards. it didn't work, so Menards brought me another refrigerator. It wasn't working but ********* sent a tech from MI and he says he fixed it, but nothing is cold. I've called them, I've been nice and I've been mean. I called yesterday and a lady told me they would give me new refrigerator, she said she would call Menards. I called Menards, and they said they had not heard from them. When I call back today, it goes to voicemail. I would like them to replace the refrigerator. cfrr211tisBusiness response

Hello -
This customer received a replacement refrigerator 8/2/2023.
We had advised the customer that we spoke to the store manager to arrange the replacement/exchange but when the customer called the store she spoke to the appliance manager who had not been relayed the message yet.
The next day we connect the store manager to the customer to ensure the customer was provided with a resolution.

I purchased a storage deck box from Big lots that was damaged. I reached out to *** customers service department in April of 2022. I sent in sales receipt and pictures of the storage box showing were the lid was damaged. I was told that I had a one year warranty for a replacement and that I needed to contack Big Lots to replace the item. The Big Lots store told me that I needed to get a replacement from ***. The *** representative told me that they weren't able to mail or deliver the item. Well, I'm stuck with a damaged storage box that I've paid for.
