I ordered an item from this company months ago which I never received but I paid for it. I reached out to them and was told my size was out of stock but will be mailed to me as soon as my size was back in stock. I have not received any order and it has been over 5 months now an no one is responding to my emails. They still have my money.Swank - A Posh Boutique Response

They are double charging shipping fees. When you purchase an item and you want to return it for whatever reasons, they charge shipping fee to return just as well a shipping fee to send the item to you. I understand they give you a e-gift card. Which is ok. Worst customer service. I asked for a supervisor I was told they have to call me back. Every time I called it was the same young lady answering the phone. Im finish with them. Worst company ever.Swank - A Posh Boutique Response

I ordered something from the most recent 70% sale. I ordered my size just to find out that my original size ran out after I pressed checkout. Called customer service just for them to tell me that its my fault for ordering the wrong size. I NEVER had this issue. I ordered here a few times and usually would get a notification. It never gave me that message stating it was out of stock so now Im just out of what I wanted. Im sure my size is gone. I feel she couldve checked sizes to be sure and now Im livid. Im not sure if I would order again because who knows what other technicalities would happen. Who knows if what I see on the app is accurate. Im super disappointed. Theres so many things that could have happened and I feel like customer service is not enough. Tech support is an issue and needs to be addressed. I had this same issue with ********** and now yall. Worst Christmas experience ever ! My husband shopped for me at this store this Christmas every item was final sale. I can only exchange it for the same item different size so if I did not like it Im stuck with it just because they were having a 20% off sale. I dont know about you but I love shopping a good Christmas time, no item was on clearance sale and it was not refundable. I did not want any money back. I just wanted to exchange it for things that I liked. He spent $900.Second of all the pictures on their website of their clothes do not seem to be the same quality !I would never shop here again or recommend this store!! It hurts me to have to write a review like this on a black business . I am stuck with $900 worth of their merchandise that I cant do anything with.All I wanted to do was exchange it within her five day limit. No accommodations whatsoever were made with this being a gift, and she seemed not to care bad for business.Review from Jacarra B

Im being charged $66.11 for a purchase I never received. On July 18,2023 I made a purchase from Swank through a third party. Swank a Posh said that the purchase will take 3 days to process not including weekends. On July 20, 2023 I received a email from Swank that my package was out for delivery by Fed Ex. I live in a ******** building. I was not aware prior to July 20,2023 my package was shipped or anything just straight out for delivery on the day expected to be delivered. I watched and looked out for my package and waited to see ***** but no one ever showed, left a notice or even ring a doorbell. On August 3 I get a email from Swank stating that my package was returned back to the merchant because of my address and if I wanted the items it would be an additional $11.99 to receive and if I didnt itll be a 20% restocking fee. Prior to my purchase I never seen this information before I completed my transaction and now Im being extorted. Swank said that I had 48 hours to respond to the message which was coming into the weekend. I tells Swank I want a refund and to send it back to my original pay method as I sent it to them. Swank said my original refund went from $66.11 to now approximately $42 and I will not be getting a refund, I will be getting a gift card. I never received a gift card and ** being billed from a third party for $66.11 for something I never received. This Company uses different platforms to extort people out of their money. Hello, The customer placed an order with our company via a social media platform. At the time of order entry the customer added the incorrect shipping address which resulted in ***** not being able to deliver the package. As part of the Swank A Posh return to sender policy it is the customers responsibility to pay a reshipping fee if the incorrect shipping address is added to the order. If the fee is not paid within 72 hours not including the weekend the inventory is returned to stock and a Gift Card is issued minus a 20% restocking fee.Review from Nichole H

Horrible customer service. I purchased an outfit via Shop, Order # ******. The item is very small. The same day I received the order, I sent an email to Swank A Posh to return the item. I have now sent two emails and not a single response. Given that the company's return policy is only 14 days, including shipping, this dead silence will compell me to be stuck with an item that does not fit. I paid a total of $83 for this outfit, which is a.significant amount od money. I need help.Review from monica t

Please do not shop with this company just go to Fashion Nova a company who knows how to treat their consumer. Process returns in a timely manner. Process orders and ship in a timely manner who value their consumers. Because swank a posh is totally opposite l. My order was process and deliver in a timely manner. Everything I received was too big so I had to return it. I return the items of a total of $300.00 plus within two days they received it on 12/23. It took them until 1/4 to process a return when their website says 5 days to process return I took in consideration of the holiday. I process my order the same day I hit my credit today is 1/10 still no order I placed my initial order on 12/19. Its ridiculous please dont waste your time and hard earn money on businesses like swank a posh that value their consumers.Review from Aaliyah W.

I placed my order on 11/27 and I received and email informing me that my order has been shipped on 11/30. The ***** tracking number gave a delivery date of 12/5 but that date came and went. ***** said they never received the shipment. I contacted Swank-a posh via email and I got no response, I also called their customer service number and got no answer. So I waited and called again and sent another email. I finally got thru on the phone and I received an email. They assured me that this isnt how they do business. A manager even called me and apologized and 2 day shipped my order. I received the order today and they sent the wrong item! I called back and now they said someone will contact me in 24/48 business hours and I have to send the item back before they ship my correct item. I placed this order for an event Im going to on 12/22, today is 12/16 and its a Friday so I wont hear from anyone until at least 12/21! This is so unprofessional!! I ordered 1 thing! I have to keep waiting on phone calls and emails as if I did something wrong! I will never ever order anything from this place again!!!!!
