I took my dog here when she was not using her back leg for a while. They took X-rays and diagnosed her as needing a cruciate ligament surgery. I scared together the $5000 and went through with the surgery. After a long recovery my dog was doing really well and the procedure seemed to work. After about a year the lameness in her leg came back (same leg) and was even worse. She wouldn't use the leg at all suddenly. I took her back to see the same surgeon who performed the first surgery. He examined and took X-rays and couldn't find anything so he gave her strong antibiotics in case she had an infection in the metal pins from the surgery. This did nothing so I went back and he suggested we do another surgery to take out all the pins and plate in case there was a deeper infection. This was another $2000 but I have to do anything for my pup so I went a little more broke and did the surgwry. No improvement. He then gave me steroids and anti inflammatory meds which also didn't help. I went back again and he was clueless. He decided to take another x-ray. He came back into the exam room with a weird look on his face and told me he just noticed a pin that had apparently broken off during surgery and was lodged in th bone. He was surprised and said he didn't remember that happening and didn't make note of it in her file. I immediately asked if that could be what was causing the trouble and he quickly denied it and said it wouldn't cause any pain because it was encased in the bone. We also couldn't take the broken pin out without harming her further since it was so far inside. This was alarming and I left feeling suspicious and upset. I called the business and explained the issue to the receptionist who put me on hold and came back to tell me I had to speak with the medical director. The receptionist said she'd give the medical director the message to have them call me. No call. I tried back many times and have not been able to reach the medical director.

My daughter emotional support animal was diagnosed with Chylothorax by our local Veterinarian emergency department. Bluepearl in **********, ** was recommend to us for a surgery consultation, which our nightmare began. This facility had numerous and major issues with communication and inconsistency with their roles. Our nightmare began on June 28, 2022, which cost us $7,800.00 and a deceased animal. On July 5, 2022 we dropped our animal off to Bluepearl for surgery on July 6, 2022, which our animal was injured in their care and no one from this office reported our cat injuries and NO accountability! They came up with some crazy excuse but never sent photos like they did the first time, when he was in their care (I smell a cover-up). On the day of surgery the surgeon indicated, that I see money is a major concerns and so do you want to move forward with the surgery. The doctor had already been paid on July 5th the day of drop-off, so if money was a concerned he won't been paid before his botched surgery to our animal. Our animal was eight days post-operative with scar tissue on the right side of his lungs, which it was holding fluid (which no one ever said or mentioned). I can't see 8 days causing scar tissue that soon. Negligence on the doctor ******* concerning he ran All these extensive tests to assure no disease were presence (Cancer, heart, or kidney), which were all ruled out and he was diagnosed as a health cat. The pleural port that was placed and was supposed to drain both sides of the chest but it didn't. Now this facility has performed echocardiogram, lab tests, and x-rays, that's what they charged us for. I could go on and on with the level of care of how they treat our furry friends. This has cause a traumatic and emotional stress to our daughter. Please, Please, beware. All this facility cares about is money, its not about the quality of care of our animals. They need to be investigated by OSHA!!
