My vehicle was damaged while in their possession. They took weeks to reply and pay the body shop. When they finally paid and and the repair was started the shop needed more parts which delayed the repair. I reached out to valet connections to reimburse me for the rental car I paid for and the manager refused to respond to multiple calls and emails. I will be filing a claim in court.Initial Complaint

My car was parked in one spot when we left for a 10 day vacation and was moved when I returned to a dead battery.When we pulled up I noticed my hood was opened and when asked why the valet person **** would only say jump. This is after he sped into the garage where me and my family was standing. I went into the office and asked the guy at the counter what happened and why did he have to jump start my car. After speaking in their native language he said he didnt know its something with my battery. I drove home and parked my car and now my battery is drained. I called last night and was told the manager ******* would be there today and of course shes not. They wanted to play games as if they didnt know what or who I was speaking about and Im not about to do that. An email was sent and now Im waiting to hear back.AAA just left my home after I had to pay to replace the battery that drained to 35%. That could only occur when they moved my car around on their lot and lefts my lights on. I want to be reimbursed the money spent for a new battery.Reservation was under my husbands name: ***************************** Dates of parking was 7/13-7/22
