I bought a 2015 gmc from them. Gave me the run around for 2 weeks. Finally bought the truck had what sales guy said was a exaust leak. Ok no big deal i have a family machanic that can weld that up. Got the truck home next day check engine light came on told my sales guy. He said bring it in i told him i have a apointment next day to get exaust fixed and could be reason for the light. It was not the problem it was misfire on cylinder 8. Needed to remove intake manifold to look closer in to it. Was told it could burn a hole in piston if continue to drive it. Sent a pic to sales guy. Told him about the driving it part. Even agreed to go in half with a tow truck. Then he wanted me to call tow truck company. I felt so i would pay the hole bill. Then i call next day (a saterday) ask to speak with a manager. I got a manager her name was marry. She took my info said she will have answers monday before noon. Monday comes and goes i call at end of day shes gone. Left a message. 2 days later she calls and asks why i have not got my truck into shop. I yold her about potentially burning hole in piston. But if she gave me the ok that im not responsible for it if it does then i will get it there. She told me if it does happen we will deal with that then. So i had my father take it to them that day. Got a call next day saying it is fixable but it will not be a fast fix. ( wich i knew) so i didnt bother them for 1 week. Now this week called monday say they will give a call back. Call tuesday same thing. Wensday same thing now its thursday they said call machanic i said i did they are waiting on parts from *** ricci. *** said makes no sence u need to call them. So i did and now this shop is giving me run around. Told me i need to talk to *****************************. Owners not in today. Bottom line my warrenty dont start till 30 days after purchase and the 30th of april is my first payment. They are prolonging so they dont have to pay to fix my truck they can donit under my warrenty.

Vehicle was purchased in As Is condition with no warranty.  Customer purchased a service contract.  Vehicle is currently at a shop waiting on parts.  We do not have a service department and we have nothing to do with the repair.

purchased a vehicle (2017 Dodge Durango from this business on Friday June 17, 2022. Had to put $500 dollars down, which to me, was the first red flag. Along with the purchase, they also said they were getting my license plate and were going to mail it out to me once it came into their dealership. The paper plate the dealership provided expired July 2, 2022. I started calling them prior to this date to inquire on the *** of my plate and have been told for several weeks now that it has been mailed out and to expect it in the mail soon.I contacted my salesperson directly and now he tells me that he doesn't know what's going on with it. he gave it to someone to mail it out but he can't provide any details after that. I contacted the dealership today, July 20, 2022 and was advised that my plate is there and I can pick it up. I advised them that I would like it mailed, as they originally promised. So after all this time, the salesperson that helped me has been lying about my plate being mailed out, as I was advised today, it is still in the dealership and again advised it would be mailed out later today, July 20, 2022. This is bad business, they get your money (charging ridiculous amounts for vehicles). Then once your out the door they don't care about any promises or guarantees that they have made to their consumers. Now I am driving with a plate that has expired on July 2, 2022 and all the dealership can say is, "don't worry, the police knows the Secretary of State is behind". However, it is not the Secretary of State that is the problem here, it is the dealership, they have my plate in their office and keep lying to me about when it was or will be sent out.

The customer signed all of the proper paperwork at the time of sale.  The sales transaction has been processed by the *****************.  He is the legal owner of the vehicle.  The vehicle developed an engine noise.  The engine was under warranty and has been fixed at "no cost" to the customer.  Due to "supply issues" with COVID 19, the parts had to be ordered and took time to get in.  The car engine is complete now and runs fine.  We are expecting the last wire clip on Monday (God willing) to finish the job.  If the customer still wants to trade HIS car in; he should bring HIS title in and discuss options with his salesperson.  *** Ricci
