  I ordered the product Tea Burn because they claimed it would burn fat to loose weight with a guarantee to loose weight after using 4-1/2 bags ui contacted the company the first tine on there website requesting a refund and the never answered my request so after a week or so i found a phone # and called them they told me i was past the refund time limit of 60 days. The only reason i waited past the 60 days was because i ordered 6 bags from them a 6 month supply and i figured i'd give it a little more time to work but it didn't so that's why i wait after 4-1/2 bags to request a refund this product doesn't work.

  We offer a 60-day refund period from the date of delivery, this being stipulated on our sales page as well as our 'Terms' page. As the 60-day refund period has already expired for your purchase that delivered in April of 2022, and unfortunately, we are unable to accept refund requests initiated beyond that period. The customer first contacted our support team on October 31st, 2022 to request a refund. Our customer support contact telephone number and email address are printed on the label of the product.  The customer was welcome to contact our support team at any time within the first 60 days of receiving their purchase to request a refund. We have not record of the customer contacting us prior to the 31st.  If the customer can provide the communication they believe they sent in within the 60 days of delivery of the product, we'll be happy to review.

  As i stated previously i purchased 6 pouches of this product and gave it more time to see if it worked and this product doesn't work so they are advertising falsely. it doesn't work so i would like them to refund my money
