On April 2nd I had purchased 2 sugar gliders from Even Keel Exotics and paid $600. This was to include the cost of the gliders and the shipping. On April 13th the gliders had missed their flight so I had decided to drive there and pick them up. Upon arrival on the 14th of April I was told that the shipping fee would be reimbursed and was given my gliders in a transport container. On the way home I noticed that the female was sick. I couldn't go back because I had to get back to iowa for work. I had made several attempts to reach out to this business about the reimbursement and about the sick glider with no response. I had taken her to 2 vets who can attest to her condition as well as having photos of her on the ride home during a pit stop for gas. Not only would I like my reimbursement but I would also like a partial refund for the gliders I paid for or id like a replacement healthy female sugar glider free of charge sent to me.Initial Complaint

12/28/22 $525.00 We notified them immediately that it was a mistake, and that we wanted our money back. They refused to give me my money back stating that there is no refunds for any reason they have not ship the item and I have not received my money back. Saw a Facebook post that they had baby ferrets for sale on July 10th. Went to the website and purchased 2 ferrets through the website with airline shipping. Paid for the transaction through Apple Pay. Amount was $650.00. Business contacted me that the amount for shipping was incorrect and that I needed to send an additional $250. They sent me a PayPal invoice which I paid through PayPal on the same day (7/10/22) Asked to see pictures of the ferrets and I was told they would get around to it and then no communication. I reached out on Aug 7 asking about my order. I texted again Aug 9. I finally heard back from them on the 9th that there was a staffing issue that has caused the delay but he was working out the details. I sent him a screenshot of my order number from the website (order number ****) confirming my order of 2 ferrets with shipping. He responded that he would get back to me asap. I texted on the 11th, 13th and 17th of August with no response. I’ve called multiple times but they won’t pick up the phone and I’ve contacted them twice through Facebook with no response. I just want a refund at this point. I have attached screenshots of the buyer agreement that I agreed to, I’ve also attached copies of my receipt and communications with them. ***Business response
