I have a complaint letter Id like to send you for information regarding my issue. I basically took my vehicle for repair two months ago and the dealer wants me to keep buying parts and I refuse. They stated to me and Honda of America case number ******** that they will not return my vehicle with original parts as suggested until I pay for unknown parts. I refuse because they want me to pay for a vehicle not fixed yet. I feel that they are incompetent and unsafe to get my vehicle back unfinished. I want to have it out of a repair shop ( Another Honda Dealer) so I can get my vehicle back. I feel they are going to milk me out of more and more money. I would love to send you my report. I dont know which road to take. Im sending copies to The ******** ********** of ****** ******** Attorney General and The Better Business Bureau with hopes of re coiling hardship and the financial burden they have created. I feel as if from the beginning they wanted me to turn in my vehicle and trade it in for a new one. I want it back in its original form as I dropped it off so I can ship it to a confident reputable dealership. Thank you. Please call me back at ************ for any questions.
