My grandma ******* (Tawitha) ***** passed away on 1/8/22. We decided on a tombstone, paid full payment and its been a year and a half and my grandmas tombstone hasnt been set up yet. We are not getting responses from the place and when we do, they keep telling us a date but then nothing happens. This is ridiculous. People that have passed away after my grandma already received theirs. It didnt even take 6 months for others to get it. It gives me the impression that these people just wanted to steal our money. I try to contact the person that was dealing with us and no response. I have never encountered this in my life. Its not right that we are waiting a year and a half for a tombstone that should have been done months ago. I will be reaching out to their supervisor in hopes I get a response but with the way things are going, I doubt that too. Its been a difficult time and we were hoping this process would at least be right but they made the process even more difficult for us. Very frustrating and unfair. My grandma doesnt deserve this disrespect. We should receive a bigger tombstone for her at no cost or a refund because I have never heard of anyone waiting this long to get a tombstone for their loved one.Business response

My marker and vault have been paid off since July 2018 and Im still trying to get a certificate of ownership. I keep getting the run around and Im tired of this business. This is no way to run a business. You want your money when its due to pay for these things but when it comes time to deliver your company does not.Business response

A review of our records indicates ************ does not own property nor has she purchased a marker from White Chapel Memorial Park Cemetery in ****, ********.
************ lives in **********, ** and it is possible she was referring to the White Chapel Cemetery in *************, **.
I left a voicemail for ************ regarding this on May 26, 2023 and we have not heard back from her.
If ************ did purchase from White Chapel Cemetery in ****, ** we would request that she contact our office at ************ to discuss this matter further.

My Father, ****** H ***** and Grandparents, ******* and ******* ****** are buried at the White Chapen Memorial Cemetary. My mother, ****** *****, paid in early November for Grave Blankets to be placed at the grave sites for the Holidays. White Chapen Cemetary has deposited the checks for payment for the Grave Blankets, yet have failed to place the grave blankets on the graves. This isn't the first time this has happened, resulting in the refunding of the money to my mother for failure to place grave blankets on Father's Day. Several phone calls to the Cemetary, as well as contact via their website have resulted in no action on their part. The Administrative Assistant that spoke to my mother told her that she can "do whatever she wants to do" Very rudely I might add. This is a terrible way to memorialize loved ones and an awful response from the Cemetary.Business response

The grave blankets for Mr. ***** and Mr. and Mrs. ****** were placed today.
We received Mrs. *****'s order at the end of November.
As indicated in our brochure, grave blankets are guaranteed to be placed by Christmas.
We receive thousands of grave blanket and wreath orders and each blanket is made to order and they are placed in the order they are received (we start receiving orders in October and blankets cannot be placed until we have a hard freeze or they will damage the grass).

I contacted this business in feb 2021 to change ownership of a grave plot. From e mail instructions all paperwork was completed months ago and my 100$ Check was cashed. I have emailed many times only to be told she is waiting for the owners to sign off on the transfer My cousin is in her 70s and could need it at any time!I think almost a year, even during COVID, is more than enough time to complete the task.
