GREAT experience with the lit financial team. You will not find a better rate or better group to work with. Our broker, ***** ******** was communicative and pulled the trigger at the exact right time. Our underwriter, ******, was very easy to work with and got us cleared to close in short order. Lastly, **** was a great closer and gave us clear instructions on the final step. First, I want to say Lit Financial really helped me! I wanted to refi the mortgage so I could payoff ***** and get some cash out but the interest rates weren't low enough to make it work for me. I looked for about 30 days or more. Lit had contacted me during that time but we just talked about options. I had actually decided that I was just going to wait till after the election and see how rates were then. Then ***** ******** called to follow up! He was so helpful and patient with me. I had alot of questions and he helped me understand the process. I submitted my application! When it came to closing, ******* ******** contacted me to start the signing process. It was super easy and he was really great to work with as well! I'm super happy and will contact ***** and ******* with Lit Financial in the future!

I hadn't had the best day yesterday or this past month, mostly because the market for mortgages isn't favorable for the lower rates right now. The 10 Year treasury marks where rates are going but for whatever reason that's N0T changing. As a result Customers are stuck at higher rates. The Feds announcing rate cuts if anything screwed folks looking to lower their own rates. & it seemed, at least to me, that most who want a lower rate just W0N'T get that lower rate until LATE 2025, likely even 2026; it seems the Free Market now at least is a bit Greedy, though it doesn't need to be. So, I texted these mortgage companies, & I said to a few of them I was 0UT, called some liars, and started to think of what my own ****** would be. Oddly enough, one who I called out, and I had no idea it was her at all, I was just dejected and frustrated, feeling beaten by the Free Market system, well she called me back. We talked a little about mortgages, then some about politics, but we talked about quite a few things, much not related to mortgages. After talking to ********* I now feel much better. She just gave me a feeling of ease, trust & empathy overall. These are hard expensive times for ALL of us, & it was just as reassuring as it is refreshing that in this business of mortgages, how I was actually able to find a human who felt the pain that I did, as we homeowners, so many of us, too many if us are suffering with these exhorbinantly high rates right now. I feel like even if these rates don't get better, I can implement a plan to shed some of my debt, which came about doing major renovations to my home. In the short term my life may hurt. But the folks at LIT Financial, especially Steph, she really is trying to help, & genuinely/humanely is trying to help folks like me, who are really in such cases hurting, in any way, shape, & form that she can. It may not happen today or tomorrow. But at least she as a human is trying to help *************** to acquire lower rates now.
