New Management within this company lacks correspondence when questioning charges to Homeowners in our **************** A "new" Manager has allegedly taken over & they will not return phone calls. They have charged "Special Assessments" in last 12 months which are double of what was been charged over past 15 yrs.As a Homeowner I wanted to question this, I made many phone calls which went unanswered, then I was sent a threatening Law Firm demanding payment and they're going to *** me in court for the monies.There is unfortunately no oversight in the ******** Government regarding ************* abuse, but now it's got to change. Our "Property Manager" ***************** refuses to return hone calls, not just mine, but my neighbors as well, we are sick & tired of the abuse. This is my home! Not their apartment renter they can toss around! We cannot contact our HOA directly, none of which live on site & they will not contact us outside of the Management Company, which doesn't contact them. Lawsuits coming!Initial Complaint

We had a plumbing issue in our unit, as well as our neighbor. The issue was a sewer problem, the water was backing up in the showers & the toilets & would not flush. I called out a plumber on my own & when came they out they said that they couldn't fix the problem because it was the associations problem. I called the ***************************** sent out there plumber. They fixed the issue in the sewer. Now in the bylaws it states any issue with the sewer they will pay for & fix. The plumber had to take out the toilet, so now the association said they wont pay. But there no other way to get the the sewer under our place then through the toilet. we have been calling the association & the president of the association & have left message after message to they to get this fixed & they will not call us back
