BROUGHT CAR IN TO **** FOR ESTIMATE WITH INTENT TO **** AROUND FOR BEST SERVICE AND PRICE. MET WITH THE ***** ***************** FOR A GROCERY CART HITTING SIDE OF MY CAR DAMAGE REPAIR AND PAINT. I STATED THIS WAS OUT OF POCKET REPAIR ESTIMATE . I HAD 0 DAMAGE TO MY BUMPER .ABLE STATED IF I DECIDE TO COME TO DO BUSINESS HE WOULD ALSO FOR FREE REPAIR THE CHIPPING PAINT ON THE BACK SIDE OF MY CAR AS WELL AS A DEEP SCRATCH ON THE **** AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. HE STATED "ILL TAKE CARE OF THAT NO PROBLEM". HE WENT ON TO TELL ME THAT A PREVIOUS REPAIR ON MY CAR WAS BAD BECAUSE THEY PLACED AN AFTER MARKET BUMPER ON AND IT DONT FIT PROPERLY I WENT WITH ***** **** IN HOPES TO DO GOOD BUSINESS AS STATED IN THE CONTRACT VERBALLY AND WRITTEN. THE COSTS WENT ALMOST DOUBLE ONCE HE WAS NOTIFIED THE INSURANCE COMPANY WILL BE TAKING CARE OF IT. THE AGREEMENT WAS NOT SET IN STONE ON THE **** FRAME DATE OF COMPLETION. HE SAID IT WOULD BE ABOUT TWO WEEKS. HE HOWEVER STATED HE WOULD GET ON IT ASAP. I BEGAN TO SEE POOR PROFESSIONALISM WHEN HIS ASSISTANT CALLED ME A WEEK LATER AND ASKED DID I PICK UP MY CAR. THAT SEEMED STRANGE TO ME AS SHE SAID OH I THOUGHT WE LOST YOUR CAR. LATER ON I SUSPECT MY CAR WAS BEING DRIVEN AFTER THE **** OF ALL THE MATTERS THAT HAPPEND AND PUTTING INFORMATION TOGETHER. MOVING ON ABOUT 17 DAYS IN TO THEM HAVING MY CAR I CALLED TO CHECK IN TO SEE STATUS. THEY STILL DIDNT GET WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR THE ***** FINAL PROCEDURES TO START. COLLISION **** BLAMED THE INSURANCE COMPANY STATED THE **** DIDNT COMPLETE THEIR END OF SENDING PHOTOS AND ESTIMATE REPAIR TO CONT MOVING FORWARD.THERE WERE ALOT OF UNPROFESSIONAL THINGS SAID AND DONE BY ABLE THE ***** DURING OUR DEALINGS I HAVE DOCUMENTAION TEXT AND A WITNESS. I GOT MY CAR BACK WITHOUT A PLATE, WITH DEBRIS AND DIRT IN THE ***** FROM THE REPAIR. ALOT OF INFO TO ADD. MY PAIN STATRED CHIPPING ON FIRST CAR WASH, MY FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY HE CHARGED FOR WAS NOT PUT ON. HE DIDNT PAINT THE BACK OR THE SCRATCH AS VERBALLY STATEDBusiness response

I'm responding back regards to this customer this is a mechanic shop not a body shop I do apologize for any convenience.
She came into Pioneer **************** LLC she wanted to do things outside the insurance company what they paid for and extra repairs that she wanted us to do and we still did it for her and she was never still happier satisfied we called the insurance company and notified them and let them know what's going on she was trying to make falls accusations against her insurance company and she is very upset the fact that we called them and notified them and let them know because they dropped her.
We no longer have anything to do with this customer or over any money she never paid us for anything it was the insurance company that paid for everything and they have seen the vehicle and all the repairs that was completed to her car .
