01/08/2021 and 01/14/2021 were scheduled deliveries with Ryder. The first date the company contacted me within the same hour of the timeframe I was scheduled for delivery. The customer service rep had a very nasty tone, was rude and no apologetic, She stated that the driver "called off" and the next available delivery was Friday Jan, 14th. I confirmed my delivery with Ryder via phone call and text on 01/13/2022. The timeframe provided to me for delivery was 4-6 pm. I contacted Ryder at 6:00pm via customer service. The lady that answered put me on hold and indicated per her supervisor that "unfortunately" the delivery was cancelled. I never received a phone call, text email, NOTHING!! This was a huge inconvenience because I rearranged my evening and threw away my pervious mattress since I was expecting my new mattress. I ordered the mattress from ***************, but I also had to pay a delivery fee that was included in my costs. I feel that due to the horrible customer service and me still not having my product that I ordered almost a month ago I should be reimbursed and receive my mattress ASAP! The customer service Rep provided me with the phone number for the local office that was responsible for my delivery, The phone number was ************. I'm not sure what city this office is located but it wasn't the phone number for the ****** office. Please HELP!
