Have called and left several messages to have generator maintenance done over the last year. Never received a call back. I used them for years. Assumed they were no longer in business. I have recently been told they are still in business. Not the way to run a business!PM Technologies Response

************, I apologize for the lack of response from our company. We have been experiencing some issues with our internet provider as they have been updating their infrastructure, and with our phone system being a VoIP system, we are 100% dependent on the internet being reliable. You did however reach out through our website contact page and we were able to connect. Thank you for your patience and understanding in these challenging web based times.Review from Bill C

As a franchise of a national fast food establishment of 16 years I placed an order for a 150k Generac on 10/6/23. The quote was to install a connection to a new existing transfer switch ********. Generac 12/208v eph, and startup$ ********* , Concrete pad 42x42 =$1125.00 Total $56,711.20 After months of follow-up, the Generac came in May, which is all on Generac. Then the red flags started. The quote person said the switch installed (new) by the ** that built our store was wrong. After weeks of them trying to figure something simple out, that was not an issue. I dont have time to list what they lied about the pad for the unit. After this, the gas line needs a metal riser: ESTIMATE Gas *************** Repair Quote: This quote is for the repairs to bring the gas line up to code and repair the sidewalk from the repair. -Price is to install 2- 1" riser's, The riser at the building we will break the concrete as needed and dig down to install a riser to code, and tie into the gas line with a ball valve. Riser #2 We will install where the end of the current pipe is located. If the pipe leaks between the two risers we are not responsible.-permits-air test gas line Total $4,327.80 and $1,874.13 total now ********. On top of this, they wanted me to sign this with a liability disclaimer, which I did not sign. After signing on May 30th,for the additional work and not receiving an install date, I canceled two days later. I asked for everything back and installation money. All trust was lost. The quotes are inflated pricing. The Generac MSRP is not listed, and the actual cost is 34k. They told me it cost 38k. PM offered my unit back and only 10k back! Keep in mind they have done no work and no date to install, which is 3 months late. In total, they owe me $22,327.00. I have lost power 3 times since this order. Today, Im kicking off my lawyer for stolen money and damages.PM Technologies Response

******************** After being in business for over 30 years, I have learned that not every company and every customer is a perfect match. With you, such is the case. The manufacturer experienced supply chain delays that were out of our control. We offered to put in a temporary solution in the interim to which you refused. There were several code violations on your jobsite that no good standing company would take the liability for, including my company as we did not perform the work. Assuming we would is absurd hence the waiver requirement you refused to sign. I believe your issue with that part of your rant is with your GC, not my company. You argued several times with my GM demanding we sell the unit at our cost in your 16 years as a franchise business, do you sell your ice cream at your internal cost? Of course you do not, you would not be in business if you did. In your complaint, you failed to mention that we have already spoken to your attorney and have come to an amicable resolution. It is unfortunate that this could not have been resolved in a more professional manner vs ranting on customer review platforms.Review from Lawrence W.

I contacted a this generator repair company and I told them that my generator needed a new battery and on March 22 2022 a technician came out to my house - ****** was his name , a really nice guy. Well he definitely agreed with me that it needed a new battery, but he wanted to make sure that the generator would run before i had him put a new battery in it. So I happen to have a *********************** my garage so we hooked up the jumper cables and he sprayed some carburetor cleaner in the carburetor and the generator started up, the technician did not have a battery to fit it and told me it was a special order battery and then he left. So I get and invoice for $293.64 , I was shocked and I texted Jorden and ask him is this change with the battery or without and he texted me back and said with the battery. So I called the company back and said Ill pay the **** when my battery was installed. So 2 1/2 months later I texted Jorden to please give me a update on when they think that the battery will come in and when he can come back to install it. Do on June 7th just a couple of weeks ago Jorden installed the battery and the generator works great. Then the company gave me a revised invoice for $293.71 only $,08 difference so I wasnt going to Quavo over $.08 so I paid the $293.71. And please note that both dates are on the invoice for the $293.71. Now theyre giving me a passed due notice for $293.64 I called the company and I eventually talk to a service manager named ***. And he says the I owe both invoices one for him to come out the first time and a second invoice for him to come out the second time. That means Im going to be paying close to $600 for a battery replacement. And for ****** just spray Carburetor cleaner in the carburetor. I feel as if theyre double billing me and I told them the most likely will have to settle this in small claims court. *** told me that it will go to collections first then we can go to small claims court.PM Technologies Response

**************,First I would like to apologize for not meeting your expectations. We appreciate this type of feedback to help improve our customer service interactions.Secondly, our technicians do not schedule themselves. That is ***e through our operations department. While I appreciate you reaching out to the technician directly, they are limited in their ability to handle your issue from bumper to bumper. There is an entire team behind them that coordinates, quotes, orders, schedules, invoices, etc... In the future, please contact us though our ************ number and one of our CSRs will be happy to help. While I can understand your frustration, I have to argue you are NOT being "double billed". My company makes house calls. There is a cost to that, including the ability to pay Jorden's wages. My technicians do not like to work for free and expect a paycheck! Crazy concept for sure. Had you been able to bring your equipment to one of our locations (we have 3), then the initial service call to come to your home would not apply. And while we try to keep our service vehicles stocked, to have each and every thing ever manufactured in this industry is just not feasible, hence having to order the battery. I could go on about inflationary costs, fuel prices, etc... but you are well aware of the current state of this country and the cost of EVERYTHING is increasing.I feel there is a resolution we can both come to on this and leave a court proceeding out of the picture - I am sure you *** not wish to spend your time in court over a $200 invoice, nor do I.Feel free to reach out to me and let's get this resolved. ************ ***************/Owner
