I placed an order mid May 2023 for multiple items, upon arrival 3 items were damaged. I reached out to customer service and was sent a replacement for the 3 items which 2 of the 3 arrived ok. One of the replacements yet again arrived broken and I reached out again and proceeded to ask for a refund since it arrived broken again. My request was ignored and I was yet again shipped a 3rd replacement of which arrived yet again broken, I sent pictures again to the company and was then sent a email stating my account was suspended and I was no longer allowed to do business with them again. I felt I was accused of being called a lier. As they said there was no way it arrive broken a 3rd time. I spoke to a lady in customer service named ****** who proceeded to tell me I had got prior refunds / returns which I havent ever asked for a return / refund before. This was my 1st time with an issue. They didnt refund my payment and Im stuck with 3 broken items I can not use. I feel this is unacceptable for any business to suspend further purchases due to broke items I received. There is no reason for this action as its not even my fault.
