      Lousy, no response to couch and recliner when the surface deteriorated. Sent 2 letters and they sent both back " return to sender". Got Attorney General involved. Corporate dude called and blamed me for using a high end leather conditioner. I have cleaned houses 34 years, I never ruined one thing. Becket sux, don't stand behind there junk, I am going to chain both pieces outside their door.

      I bought a couch and two chairs from Becker furniture world in Becker 2 and 1/2 years ago and purchased the protection plan recently. My chair completely broke and the other one is on the verge. The furniture has not held up well at all and it is just me and my wife using them normally when contacting them to get them fixed. It has been over a month and I'm getting nowhere. I have a broken chair sitting in my front room that broke while it was in the recline position. The power no longer works on it but I can't do anything with it cuz they refuse to help me. They keep telling me they're waiting for parts and an ETA on when they'll be here, but I get no answers. They're excellent at selling you the furniture but after that don't expect them to do a dang thing cuz they seem to be rather uninterested in standing behind their furniture in a timely fashion. Very disappointed!

      We spent 2 hours purchasing a "Last Chance" sectional couch. It took an hour and a half to be sure that the couch was to out liking at which point our salesman ************************** walked off twice swearing "God ******"! We agreed to purchase the furniture, went to pay. ******** seemed confused so a younger sales associate began our sales transaction. We spent 20 minutes watching another sales person eating her dinner as we waited to pay. As the new person finalized our purchased he informed us that the couch was actuary less expensive. We AGREED to the purchase, SIGNED several documents as to our purchases PAID and left. The next day. ********* called and said that our couch was priced wrong and they wanted TWICE of what we paid!!How can this be acceptable!! We have sold our furniture and have no new furniture. I feel STRONGLY that ****** owes us what we purchased

      If there was no stars I would have chose that! I I Purchased a 5 year extended care warranty with Becker after buying a 3 piece sectional and sofa recliner they never sent, the sofa recliner and the sofa sectional has a completely busted frame. They sent out a 3rd party company with just one person to take pictures of the damage as hes taking pictures he is scratching my brand new wood Floors causing thousands of dollars in damage and does not respond or care about this issue. Also there's a safety concern with the huge gap between the back of the couch and where you sit. I have a two-year-old that got caught in that gap and almost suffocated. I did reach out to Becker to express my concerns on the safety hazard and Becker Called me back and told me I could dispose of the couch and come in to reselect. I talked to Ethan and Ron ( The only 2 employees in the Becker furniture claims department) and they both told me to contact montage even about the sofa recliner that I never received they told me that I was a liar pretty much in so many words And said that they've helped me enough and to deal with montage after I spoke with a manager at a store and they told me I do not have to deal with montage anymore I have to deal with Becker directly to re purchase or resellect was there words. I called and talked to Ron He pretty much then called me a liar and said that I never spoke to anybody at Becker and they never had told me that. I have a recording of the conversation . I don't know if I'm going to have to go and take them to consoliation court or how this is going to end but it's been a living nightmare and I wouldn't Recommend BECKER FURNITURE if it was the last furniture store on Earth. 0 stars for this company. I also tried to resolve this before leaving this review and Ron and Ethan from cnames refused to let the owners know so they could resolve this before i has to leave this negative review.

      I did just reach out to *********************** be the owner of Becker furniture and center a detail oriented email regarding this issue so I'm hoping that she can resolve this and I would be more than happy to take this negative review away I will update this when I hear back until then I will leave it alone thank you

      I purchased the Mill Street Balintmore Dark Brown ****** Cabinet on Becker's website on 12/20/22. My payment was accepted and I received an email from Becker thanking me for the purchase and that they would contact me regarding delivery. On 12/23 I received an email from Becker indicating that they would not honor the price they advertised on their site and that actually the cabinet cost $1800 more than the advertised price. Nothing was done to try to work something out with me. Instead, they informed me the "disclaimer" on the bottom of their website indicates they are not responsible for errors on their website and there is nothing they can do about it. Really disappointing customer service. I cannot recommend a company that makes an error and does nothing to make it right with their customer. They do not stand behind the content of their website. I believe a completed purchase constitutes a contract and they backed out on the contract.

      If you want the worst customer service, the worst company to stand behind their product, the worst treatment of customers, then Becker Furniture is your cup of tea. How these crooks stay in business is a mystery to me.Shop anywhere, **************, Dock 86, Hom, some guy selling furniture out of the back of a box truck, anyone but these jerks.

      Purchased a chair from Becker Furniture World and the extended warranty plan from Montage. Chair is ripped on one arm due to a design flaw in a pleat. Started claim with Montage, they ordered part, part came a month later. Wrong part was ordered. They keep directing you to a portal that gives you no information on your claim and they do not contact you directly on anything! Was told chair couldn't be fixed and Becker would order new chair.. this was 5 months after initial claim. Contacted Becker, yep chair has been ordered waiting for delivery. I reached out again 1.5 months later, where's the chair? Becker we will have to check into and get back to you. A week later, where is chair? It's not our responsibility, you need to contact Montage. Completely condescending and rude **************** Manager. They do not stand behind the products they sell and they do not assist with any issues. They offer an extended warranty plan through another horrible customer service company. ********************** ON EXTENDED WARRANTIES OR PURCHASING FROM BECKER.

      Do NOT purchase any power reclining furniture from Becker. They do not back up their products when they go to shit. They will, however, push an even WORSE insurance policy from Montage Furniture on you. We have had our sectional for less than 2 years. Within the first 3 months one section was already broken and would not function. It took half of a year after that to have it fixed and resolved. Now, again in March the same issue has come up and Montage (the garbage “insurance” company) is in the process of denying my claim to have it fixed because I didn’t tell them soon enough. Even though, it takes months for anyone to respond to you. We have been going back and fourth since April. They had a technician come to our home, and we were told he was going to order the part and someone would get ahold of us to schedule to fix it. Becker refuses to be of any help, refused to back up their products, just sends you to a terrible company with the worst communication and customer service. Our couch is less than 2 years old and has maybe worked properly for 6 months total. TERRIBLE. It was very hard to find a sectional that fit our space. I do not want a new couch. I just want our current couch to work for more than a year.

      I bought a recliner a few years ago along with another piece of furniture and I bought the warranty .The recliner quit working in January in February I finally got ahold of montage it took 3 weeks for a Tech to come out, he didn't know what was wrong with the chair so said he was gonna order all possible parts. 3 weeks later I called Montage about my parts, Montage said we just place the order last week. 4 weeks after that I get an email stating that they canceled my order Because I had received one of the parts the previous year. I said fine just ordered the other parts I still have that part and that isn't the problem. It has now been another 2 months I still don't have the parts. I have been in contact with Becker and not getting anywhere.
