Date: 02/13/2022 I paid $50.50 I ordered food from this restaurant also waiting at least ***** minutes before receiving my food that usually takes 10 minutes. The cashier was rude and ignoring me when I went to speak to her. I went home to eat my food and not even within an hour of me eating it I threw up the food and my 1 year old did also it went through him quickly and he used the bathroom more than usual.I called several times and after the first time the manager hung up and would not answer my calls. I was too busy to go in and still having stomach pains from the food. I went into the store today and the manager was being abruptly rude and would not consider a refund he told me he could not do a partial refund but could offer another form of soup and rice. I did not want that because I had already became sick. He started to get aggressive with the way he was talking to me and told me that I needed proof that I threw up. I had threw up my food and immediately disposed of it because who takes a picture after they threw up. I could barely drink any water and or juice to calm my stomach and I used the bathroom for a long amount of time.Altogether he was rude, aggressive with speech, did not care about the costumers satisfaction, and was not concerned about the actual problem.Its amazing how people come into this place of business happy but when something happens like this encounter where there is a need of a refund it all goes down the drain.
