I started the program June 2020 and just graduated, January 2023 with all negative information completely deleted and my score jumped almost 200 points while on the program. Definitely trust the process and listen to the Coaches. This was a long process, but worth it. I do not regret it one bit. There were days where I wanted to throw in the towel, but focused on my end goal. You did not get in this situation overnight, so do not expect a miracle in one month. It is a very rewarding feeling to have control over your finances and be able to be approved for everything you apply for afterwards. This program teaches you to be mindful of your finances and the ability to control your spending when it comes to using credit. For a minute there I was not using mine at all, but started to use it for small charges such as ******** ****** Plus, etc. This was by far THEE BEST credit repair companies I have ever dealt with and they are completely LEGIT. The transparency is like none other and there is always someone available to answer your questions, ******* was defintiely my go to person :-) You will not be lead astray with Credilife.Credilife Response

Being skeptical about these credit help services, I joined their ******** page just to see what it was all about. It was free, so why not! It took me a little over a year of watching the page and trying my best to do it on my own but failing. After being on there a while, learning that the coaches all worked in the credit industry, I went ahead spent the money to have at least one round of repair done. NOT A SINGLE REGRET! (One WELL KNOWN Credit ************* did not tell me an important detail that I needed to know after an account was removed. I wasted ALOT of money!)I encourage everyone that is thinking about jumping to just do it! Especially if you don't know what you are doing. They literally lay everything out for you in the beginning and are there for you through it all. It's not like they do a few things and leave you hanging. With impeccable communication everything is explained through the whole process. You will get monthly progress reports with things that have been done by them as well as things that will need to be done by you, if any. My journey started in 2021, but I had to take some time off from the help for personal reasons. I resumed in 2022. They were very helpful and accommodating with my situation as well. It has been a great learning experience and journey. I definitely look forward to ************* that I have good knowledge of how credit works. Messing up is easy peasy, rebuilding is rough. I don't have enough words to describe how incredibly lifechanging working with Credilife has been for me the/is last year. I came to them with a terrible credit report riddled with collections and feeling pretty hopeless about making it better. I thought I would have to wait for years before it would rebound. They helped me face my finances head on, offered me the support and guidance I needed to start making better decisions for my financial health and ultimately with their help I got my credit score up to the 700s. They do have you sign up for FingerHut, which is not the best retailer out there, but they are also one of the few that will actually give you credit with terrible credit history. I see this as a stepping stone to better options. Could I have done all of this on my own? Maybe, but having them on my side available to answer my questions with the financial knowledge I didn't possess at the time was invaluable. They taught me how to utilize credit properly and guided me through the steps to take to heal my credit and my relationship to it. I am no longer afraid of opening my mail and seeing collections letters. I am now excited for my financial future, and I owe a great deal of that to the wonderful team at Credilife.Credilife Response

When I started with Credilife I was in the high 500’s and had 4 collections that were really hurting my score. They were able to help me remove all of my collections and grow my score into the high 600’s and low 700’s! Thank you. Even more valuable is they provided education that taught me the proper way to use credit cards and have multiple forms of credit to optimize my credit growth. I am now confident that I will always have a high score. I was able to get a car loan and get a new car I love after 5 years without a car due to being denied on loans before. They are very responsive and attentive to their clients. Shirley was great! I would highly recommend them if you want a hands off credit repair company to handle disputing negative items for you and if you want a professional credit specialists advice on proper credit habits what you should do. I have a multitude of different forms of credit building my credit now and getting increases on my credit limits in less than 6 months. NEVER leave company reviews but I’m extremely disappointed with Credilife and how they handled my situation. When I signed up, I paid $299 plus the $135 monthly fee and informed them that I was going to be going through chemo treatments in the coming months and may have to pause my Credilife account during recovery as I would not be employed. At the time, that was totally fine. Now that I am trying to come back to Credilife, they are telling me I have to pay another enrollment fee plus my $135 from the month I left. Why would I pay the enrollment fee again? They claim it’s for a credit audit. Fine, but nothing on my credit report has changed except for the 2 collection accounts that I personally got removed. This is a terrible way to welcome a client back and make them pay another “audit” fee that they have ALREADY paid for. Supposedly they were going to waive the second audit fee yesterday for me and asked several times when they could take out the $135 monthly payment, but today decided that they couldn’t waive the second audit fee but they could discount it $35. I’m totally for making money as this is your business, but making me pay for another audit to get the same information you already have seems shady and unprofessional. They were outstanding in the beginning and seem to be different than other credit repair companies from a customer service standpoint but this situation has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. They weren’t able to get anything removed off my report in the short time I used them before I had to pause for treatments. I was able to get to collections removed on my own first try. From a business standpoint, you’d think they’d want to prove their worth and have my account active with them again and help me as they claim they are so driven to do. It’s just another “credit repair” company claiming they are different and want what’s best for you. I have referred several people over to them on Facebook as well. My experience with them was not positive. While some of the information provided was helpful, there are many things that did not sit right with me. First, they really pushed that you sign up for either a FingerHut card or My Jewelers Club card. Both are very high interest rates for overpriced items that you can buy much cheaper elsewhere. The coaches constantly say on their FB group that "it's the cost of repairing your credit". I did not feel comfortable doing this so I never applied for the cards. A few months into working with them, the My Jewelers Club card stopped reporting to the credit bureaus so everyone who had that lost the "benefit" to the profiles and credit score. Then last week it was announced that the Finger Hut card is being transferred to a new bank so all the accounts are being closed (which causes a hit to your profile) and new lines of credit being opened with the new bank. These two predatory cards that they push on all members who join to "boost their profile" are now a detriment because they negatively impacted their score. They will say it's not their fault how these cards run their business but they literally push it on EVERYONE. Of course when I made a comment to this in the FB group this week that "I am glad I didn't follow this advice because if I had done so I would now have to new lines of credit closed on my report in less than two years" - I was promptly blocked from the FaceBook group. They charge you monthly to send out "letters" to the bureaus challenging items to be removed. Meanwhile, they send letters out every 45 days, not every 30 (but payment is monthly). In addition to that, I requested a copy of these "letters" and it was one whole page sent to each bureaus (so 3 letters in total each month) and they were not even written in proper English. Overall, this seems like a waste of money. It is horrible that they have promoted something that in turn hurt most of their clients credit profiles.Credilife Response

We have often recommended specialty retail accounts such as Fingerhut and ***************** We base our recommendations off of each unique credit profile and choose accounts for which our clients are most likely to be approved. Small wins throughout the program help to encourage and inspire our clients to continue toward success. We refer to the costs associated with establishing and maintaining certain accounts to rebuild credibility throughout the program as "the costs of having bad credit" and it is important that we understand the costs of having bad credit are far worse than the costs associated with the financial investments necessary to build good credit.Id be happy to discuss my thoughts on what has been happening with these specialty accounts in more detail, however in summary, the bureaus and other opposing forces have argued that these companies represent "non-reputable credit repair agency offering consumers and criminals the ability to buy credit lines, and I trust you will agree with me when I say that most of our clients, just like yourself, are hardworking, goal driven people that care about their family and their future, not people trying to take advantage of the credit system, and most certainly not criminals. And unfortunately, without solutions such as these, the length of time it can take some people to rebuild their credibility can take significantly longer.Lastly, with respect to the Credilife membership billing practices, the monthly service fees cover not only the letters, but all aspects of a program designed to promote success. From the secure client dashboard to the video and messaging solutions, to the Money Mastery smartphone app, live monthly workshops and webinars, coaching and experienced advice. And because we know that breaking bad financial habits isnt easy, and not every client will always be able to see the program all the way through in the first pass, we allow our clients to cancel or suspend their membership at any time.Our mission is to inspire financial wellness, and since we recognize impared credit as a product of a larger problem surrounding understandings of credit and money, we work to educate and empower our clients with reliable financial information and strategies designed to ensure their success.Thank you for taking the time to read my reply. For anyone that's in doubt of Joining the creditlife team.. Let me share my story to cancel any doubts you may have. I currently just got discharge from a chapter 13 August 2021.. I signed up for creditlife before my discharge but they were limited to what they could do( Bankruptcy judge, Court order things) Anywho, I walked into a Toyota dealership yesterday and purchased this BRAND NEW 2022 Toyota Highlander with a 4% interest rate! NO DOWN PAYMENT! 4% after being discharged from a chapter 13? 3 months prior??????? And I'm not done yet! I'm aiming for the 800 club. Join Creditlife! I promise I was in doubt too, but I followed the process( Still Is) and if you do your part, they're definitely working on their end. I hope this helps someone!Credilife Response
