      May 19, 2022 is when I purchased the Regalo baby gate I sent the company an email about the gate/door being damaged they asked me for some photos of my proof of purchase, the damages, and a picture of the model number on the gate I have followed all their steps and instructions, and now they want more photos. I have been going back and forth with the customer service rep begging and pleading to please send me a replacement or a refund. I spent over $79 for this baby gate, and it's not even a few months old and broken. Please help me resolve this issue $80 is a lot of money for a baby gate that I can't use, the door metal hinge is bent and broken off. I need a full replacement. Thank you

      Good Morning,

      We have resolved this customer's issues.  The customer was very inpatient as we attempted to gather her warranty information, after she lied about her timeframe of when she purchased her gate.  We actually learned the accurate date of her purchase through this complaint, and she finally provided a dated invoice as proof, so we were more than happy to send her a REPLACEMENT GATE.  Thank you!

       I am not rejecting this response but:

      I'm not rejecting the replacement I have never received it and today makes day number 5 in my defense lying about the date is a lie on their part if I was lying I would have tried to hide the date on the invoice the gate is 5 months old this company is a scam when it comes to warranties. Like I said, I never received a replacement nor a response back via email.

      With the intensity of the customer's original contact, she mentioned buying the gate about two months ago, which is different than the 5 months the receipt confirmed.  That's all. No problem! Last Friday the customer was emailed the tracking # for the replacement and customer even replied confirming she received our email.  So delivery is scheduled for tomorrow by 7 PM per UPS.  This issue has been resolved in a very timely manner and hopefully this customer should be very happy.
