Best Buy contracted dishwasher replacement with this company. They called me during day of install to let me know that *********** requires a permit for dishwasher replacement and that an air hammer would be required, and the charge for the permit and airhammer would total around $135. When I provided my card info over the phone the next day, the tech charged my card an additional $85 for "valve." This fee was neither discussed nor authorized; the technician snuck it in and I noticed it after he processed my card over the phone and provided the receipt.Business response

I spoke to this customer and I sent payment of ***** back to them. The tech entered wrong item in itemization and it populated the valve charge of 85.00.
Customer was 100% taken care of
