I shut down my account back in 2019 and they kept it open for a charge and kept sending state farm checks for 60$ and now I supposedly owe ****** for the chrages of it.

This email is to address concerns brought to your attention by ******************************* regarding her closed accounts with Minnco Credit Union. In August 2020, her accounts with Minnco Credit Union were closed due to a negative balance of $380.42. Soon after the accounts were closed two fees for $30.00 each were reversed from the balance owed lowering the balance owed to $380.42. Recurring payments were previously set up on ****************** account to make payments to State Farm. Those recurring payments attempted to continue charging her account after the account was closed, however, since there was no available balance in the accounts the payments were returned without being paid. The final balance of $320.42 remains due and owing.

Spoke to card services regarding interest being charged on my CASH ADVANCE BALANCE and the cash advance balance amount when I went into bank to take money out was long since paid off. almost within a month and they are charging all kinds of interest on things that shouldn't be. A CASH ADVANCE is taking money out from the card in cash, not purchases. This needs to be addressed asap and I find it to be wrong and very sleazy behavior. It doesnt allow the customer to ever get ahead at all, I have perfect payment history on my card as well. This interest being charged it would almost appear they owe me money for over charging me and wrongfully charging me

On 3/21/2022 I used a Mastercard debit card from Minnco to make an online purchase for $89.00. As it turns out the online ad was a scam and was discovered in less than 24hrs. I contacted Minnco re: issue and they INSIST I must close out debit card and open a new one. Problems with this #1) their closest office is a 100 mile round trip. #2) past experience with Minnco it took OVER 2 weeks to get a replacement card. #3) I have multiple accounts (internet, utility, etc) tied to this card and it's a nightmare resetting all of the previous accounts. All of my other credit cards, banking institutions offer a dispute resolution - yet Minnco's backwards policies do not.

This email is to address concerns brought to you attention by Mr. ******** regarding the dispute of a fraudulent charge on his debit card. When a fraudulent charge occurs on a debit or credit card, that card number has been compromised. Once a card number had been compromised it continues to be exposed to potential additional fraudulent charges. In order to avoid that exposure the card must be closed and a new card is issued with a new card number.

On March 22, 2022, our office corresponded to Mr. ******** providing an explanation of this. We also asked that he contact us to process the dispute and close the compromised card. We are able to provide him a new debit card that can be sent in the mail to his home address or a new debit card can be instantly issued for him in one of our branches. Our closest branch to his address is in Big Lake.

We also asked Mr. ******** to contact our Connection Center at ************ to process the dispute and either ask for a new card to be sent by mail or visit one of our branches.

I am rejecting this response because:

#1) Minnco failed to mention that replacing debit/credit card takes up to 10 business days.

#2) They also REFUSED to DECLINE the one and only disputed charge charge.

#3) That same card had all of my utilities, internet, medical facilities accounts & other accounts attached to that account, replacing a card instead of disputing ONE SINGLE CHARGE is a nightmare - I've done it before with Minnco and it is a long process.

I've come to the conclusion that Minnco is still in the "dark ages" and have moved all of my funds to an institute that WILL DISPUTE/DECLINE a SINGLE charge. And have also reported Minnco to the ********* ************************ and to the **** for their inept practices.
