I saved for 5 years for this greenhouse, and since this was the manufacturer and beat the competition by $100, I went with them. Worst professional mistake of my life. I got a notice that production was finished so I contacted my salesman to see when it would be delivered and I got “about a week” and told he’d get back to me the next day. I heard NOTHING until I got a call from the driver, while I was sitting at my kids school in carpool, was sitting in my driveway. I have a very small, home-based business (and I told the salesman this repeatedly because I was concerned about a semi getting down my driveway, but I had a crew of friends, one with a forklift, that were going to band together to help me once it was off the truck, the plan was to unload on the road to make it easier for the driver) and he was in a BOX TRUCK, meaning the driver had no way to unload it so we had to figure out how to unload the 2 1000 pound pallets, of course, loaded with the short side facing out so it was impossible to pick up with a forklift and there was no way to unload without heavy machinery (I still can’t piece together what their plan was, it made no sense). As you can imagine, this put people at risk of serious injury. I had a very kind man who did grading work for me dropped everything at another job and came to help me, and they shimmied (the only way I can describe it) the pallets off with his forklift, balancing it between the back of the truck and the forklift, dropping each side about 6” at a time until it got to the ground. I paid about $20,000 for this greenhouse and $1500 to ship. I thought they would at least refund a portion of the shipping fees but I didn’t get as much as a “sorry we put you and your people in an absurd and dangerous situation,” but no. Nothing. To top off this turd sandwich, there are 2 HOLES in the plastic roof. I’ve emailed the company (I gave up on the salesman after the last time spoke to him.) Take your business elsewhere.
