This company is a scam company. They hold your money saying they sent your check out. I was never informed about a legal action. They never emailed to find out if the address they were sending out a check to was still my legal address. Why would a company send a check not knowing if that person still lived their. What I can see they take the money and say they sent it and if you don't cash the check they sent to the wrong address, you loose the money!

Analytics is a neutral, third-party administrator engaged to carry out certain administrative aspects of a settlement and does not have the authority to act outside of its terms. In nearly all cases, the addresses provided to us are updated with the Post Office's National Change of Address Database, and then returned mail is subject to a search process. Money from uncashed checks are NOT retained by Analytics - and are distributed in accordance with the terms of the settlement. Analytics took all steps needed within the settlement to ensure that all individuals receive the full amount to which they are entitled.

Certainteed was found to have defective fiber cement siding in 2013 and agreed to over $100MM in reimbursement to home owners with damage. Analytics was hired to manage the disbursements. I was awarded a claim years ago and given a 50% payment with the remainder to be determined in 5 years. Almost a year ago, Analytics stated they would give updates on the second payment but they remain silent. Another review here states that no more funds remain. Government authorities should be notified to investigate.

Something is not right there. They are entrusted to distribute over $100 million proceeds from a settlement of a class action lawsuit over Certainteed cement board siding. Our HOA had to get help after they lost our file that took two weeks to put together. Many many delays excuses, broken promises. No final payments. Reenlisted Minnesota attorney *************** again and we finally found out last week that they said somehow magically there are no more funds available and theyre working on a response with their attorney! Our claim was in excess of $100,000. Red Flags since the beginning. Follow the money and watch the news

Analytics Consulting is handling the Certainteed Class Action lawsuit settlement. Perhaps purposely, they delay and delay and delay plus provide only vague information about settlement payments via email. This has gone on for over 2 years. They provide a phone number to contact but NEVER answer. They do allow VM to be left but NEVER return call. Maybe dragging things out is what their client wants. It is TERRIBLE service to those who are to receive compensation from the lawsuit.
