      I purchased a dishwasher May 2023 via ****** who appears to contract with Allegro Home Delivery. Fast forward to October 2023 I worked with *** at Allegro and shared that employees of her company chipped my brand new Quartz Countertops and drilled holes in my brand new white shaker cabinets. with the 1st dishwasher install. Photos were all sent to *** and claim was filed. After several tech visits, water leaking on to my kitchen floor, being told to order ********* Amazon, telling me ******* would be out to only have 1 tech show up not prepared to resolve the issue I filed a BBB complaint. I was told by Claim Adjuster ****************************************** couldn't find anyone to fix the issue. She initially had some random guy call me who tells me he is not licensed and bonded and couldn't help! I asked her several times to find a contractor and someone who is licensed and bonded. I just had my entire house remodeled and it's allegros responsibility to fix what they damaged She then responds and says can we just pay. you $250 .....based on what? She couldn't provide an answer and then I responded with I just paid $30k for my kitchen remodel and you want to pay me $250 for the damage? I said I would accept a minimum of $2000 or you can have contractors come out and provide estimates as you should. This claim adjuster also told me there were quartz counter top kits to fix the issue. What about the cabinets? I'm requesting a competent employee to remedy this issue and consumer should be compensated appropriately. Or they can reiumburse me for the brand new dishwasher I had to exchange out from the 1st one because they couldn't remedy the issue. I had to pay extra and out pocket for the Bosch dishwasher as well.

       I am rejecting this response because: I have sent several emails requesting the date the settlement was mailed and Ive yet to receive any communication. As soon as I hear back then I will respond appropriately.

      I ordered a product from Nordic Track September 28, 2021. Nordic Track shipped it to Allegro Home Delivery on October 1, 2021. Allegro received it October 13, 2021. I received 2 email with links to schedule delivery, which do not work and was told the emails were sent in error, ******************* base is messed up I was told). It is now January 24, 2022 and I still do not have my product. I have been on several phone calls with both Allegro and Nordic Track I have had email correspondence with Nordic Track up until Dec 21, 2021, at that point Nordic Track tracking stopped answering. The tracking information I received is invalid, therefore I cannot track it via the website. I have been put on the "escalated list since November 1, 2021, being told that I would receive a call to schedule in the next two weeks. I get hung up on by Allegro when I ask to be transferred to the escalation department. I've requested a new shipment using a different carrier and Nordic Track says they can not ship via any other carrier! Nordic track is useless as well. They say the same thing. They put in a notice to Allegro and tell me if I do not hear from Allegro call them back. I don't have time to wait on hold 2 hours every 3 days. I asked for a replacement to be sent, Nordic Track doesn't have anymore of this product and wants to charge me $600 more the newer model. Nope not gonna happen, make Allegro deliver the original shipment. I am literally about 65 miles from my product, and I can't get it! My complaint is filed against both companies, not just Allegro. I do not recommend Nordic Track to anyone as they are the problem for constantly using a company that had a track record of being unresponsive and rude. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NORDIC TRACK!

      I work for iFit ***************** My complaint is due to the fact that Allegro has thousands of our machines at their warehouses across ****** (some they have had since OCTOBER) and they are failing to deliver the machines. They are also failing to communicate with us what is going on, and to communicate with the customers. This is causing hundreds of our customers to cancel their orders, and be very rude to us, everyday solely because Allegro is failing to do their job. This is something that needs action taken on as soon as possible. It should not take over 2 months for a company who is being paid large amounts of money to deliver the machines. I wish we never chose to contract with Allegro because they are causing us nothing but headaches and a loss of money and customers. They are ruining the reputation of iFit with each machine they are failing to deliver.

      I purchased a NordicTrack Rower on 11/15/21. I was updated on 12/1/21 that my item had made it to Allegro's warehouse and that I would be contacted soon to schedule delivery. On 12/15/21, I received an email with a link to schedule a delivery time. Upon clicking link, it shows "Error--No slots found." I sent an email describing my complaint and received a reply stating that someone would be in touch with me to address my issue. I still have not been contacted and it is 12/28/21. I called today to speak to someone directly and was simply told that there are no delivery dates available and there is no estimate when delivery dates will become available. I asked to escalate the call and speak to a supervisor, but was told there are none, only that someone would eventually contact me when dates became available. At this point I am paying for a $2000 piece of equipment that I have no idea when will be delivered and no way to find a resolution to my issue. I simply want the item that I paid for.

      I ordered a $3,000 plus treadmill from Nordicatrac. They used this company to deliver to me. Customer service is terrible. My treadmill arrived at my local delivery facility on December 8th. Received no attempt to contact for delivery until December 16th, which was via email with a link that doesn't work. Have been trying the link multiple times daily. Replied to customer service email twice and have received no response. Have called the customer service number in the email twice and have accomplished nothing. All they say is that they will escalate it but no one ever calls me back. Why can't their customer service reps ******** the ********************** over the phone with me? It's supposed to be a Christmas gift. It's December 20th and still haven't received my delivery of my item that's been in town for 12 days and counting.

      I ordered a treadmill on Nov. 12 2021. The delivery was to be handled by Allegro Home Delivery. Allegro received the treadmill from the manufacture on Nov. 24th 2021 and i received an email that it has shipped and to expect to receive it ***** business days. Dec. 1st 2021 I receive a call and an email for delivery from them for Dec. 8 2021 between ****pm that day. Late in the evening that day I get a call from Allegro stating they're truck broke down and the treadmill will NOT be delivered and that they want to reschedule me for a week later. UNACCEPTABLE! You resolve the issue right away and not a week later. 4 days later Allegro calls me to schedule delivery of my treadmill on Dec. 16 2021 "around" 11 am. My In-laws waited around ALL DAY with them not showing up. I called the manufacture who then put us in a 3 way call with Allegro. Allegro goes on to say there must have been a mistake or miscommunication between they're warehouse and delivery people. Nonsense! Ive been called 3 times for delivery scheduling with Allegro pulling a no show. They have my treadmill within 50 miles of my home in a warehouse, which has been verified by the Manufacturer and they continue to blatantly not deliver my product. No communication, no follow **** no email updates from them. EVERYTIME I call i get the same run around and no one seems to know what the other person is doing over there! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife and was ordered in plenty of time to get here and now it seems Allegro is ruining Christmas for the whole family as this was the only gift she wanted. This isn't the manufacturer's fault as they have a GREAT customer service reputation and is STILL trying to help me with this situation. It's Allegro Home Delivery that is even giving the Manufacturer the finger!

      On October 22, 2021 I purchased a product form a company that is contracted with Allegro for delivery. My product was received to a warehouse in ******* ** by Allegro on October 26th at 8AM per their documentation. I have tried to contact them by phone numerous times only to be told the same thing over and over which is that someone will be calling to set up delivery. No phone calls ever came. On two occasion I received and email to set up delivery through a link which does not work. After the first nonfunctioning link I called and was told that it was sent in error and that they did not have my product. This was on November 6th. My product was indeed there. I have tried to contact the company in which I ordered the product and they have tried to reach out to Allegro with no success. I was able to speak with someone at the company in which I ordered the product from today when I called to cancel my order (which I cannot do because I will be charged cancellation charges!!) and it was determined that Allegro does provide services to my area. I was never told this. I did not choose this transportation company. I paid shipping costs. I am also liable for paying for a product that is sitting in a facility in ******* in which I have no access to and do not even know if I will ever receive. To add insult to injury this was a Christmas gift. I am out over $1000 for this product and Allegro acts like it is no big deal. As far as I am concerned they are attempting to steal my product and it looks as if they are going to get away with it if I do not get any help from you. Poor business and even poorer customer service!! Please help so that this can be resolved and maybe not happen to anyone else.
