Contracted by ****** to install a dishwasher, they began the removal of the old dishwasher and then "discovered" additional items that needed replacement that were not covered by the install contract with ******. A air gap, which sells for $12.00 at *********** needed to be replaced for $100.00 which they wanted us to pay by scanning a QR code on their phone and an inlet hose for $50.00. When we told them to use the original parts and not to replace them they left leaving us with an uninstalled old dishwasher and no new dishwasher. After many hours on the phone we finally got them to send another installer and we agreed to pay the $100.00 for the $12 part and the new dishwasher is installed.. Allegro Home Delivery is a very dishonest business and I am deeply disappointed that *************** risking their good name and reputation by contracting with such a nefarious company. I had hoped that they vetted their subcontractors better than that.Allegro Home Delivery Response

****** did a great job removing our old dishwasher and installing our new one. He had to install a new shutoff valve because they can't hook the dishwasher up to a copper water line any more for safety reasons. It looks nice and is running ********** job, ******!Review from Denny O

I ordered a Valencia Tuscany Home Theater chair which was shipped to *********** and Allegro was supposed to deliver it to our home in ************, ** (180 miles north). I received a notice from them saying it was "In Transit" on August 29th (2023) but wouldn't be delivered till the day after Labor Day (Tuesday September 5th). I took off from work that day but it was a NO SHOW. I called the **************** rep and he assured me it would arrive on Wednesday. Once again I took off from work and once again it was a NO SHOW. Then he promised delivery on Friday....same old, same old...NO SHOW. I was ready to dispute the charge but they pleaded with me to "give us one more chance." The delivery was set for yesterday, Wednesday the 13th for no later than NOON. Again, it was a NO SHOW but I got a call from Allegro saying, "It is out for delivery and should be there by no later than 5 p.m." I thought, "What do I have to lose by waiting 4 more hours." What I LOST was FOUR MORE HOURS, for it never showed up. I called Allegro and he said it was "lost in shipment." Then he called me back a few minutes later and said, "We heard from the truck driver that he delivered your chair at 3:15." That was an outright lie (by the truckdriver) and I told them so. Then I did what I should have done much sooner. I came to this BBB site to learn that others were experiencing the very same HORRENDOUS SERVICE as me.Allegro Home Delivery Response

Incredibly mismanaged company. I worked for them for two years, understanding that they were newer and still working through some kinks, but it's more than a few... Management is filled with close friends who are rarely competent, especially for the ****** deliveries. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with our employee, *******, in ****************. ******* followed the proper procedures and protocol while investigating your claim. However, he was instructed by both the claims department and our retailer not to have any further communication with you, as the decision to deny the claim was no longer in his control. The claim was denied based on the first inspection that confirmed the leak was coming from the existing valve and not the hose attachment we installed. This is inaccurate. Your installer improperly hooked up our dishwasher. Which the leaked and ruined our flooring and cabinets. *********** confirmed that as well. Allegro chose to ignore this. Allegro isnt a trustworthy company and doesnt take responsibility for their actions.Our dishwasher that was removed didnt leak!!! Why because it was properly installed.Its time you take ownership of your actions.If youre a consumer reading this and are getting something/anything installed by Allegro I would run away.Dont respond Allegro with more lies.Review from Aaron R

I'm still waiting on my shipment. It arrived Monday at 6 am at the airport. I called and they said it is picked up in 48 hours. I called 48 hours and still not picked up. Then they said they do all final pick *** Tuesday and Friday so they would get it Friday. Still sitting at the airport. I call Friday they say now Tuesday. If Amazon can deliver in 48 hours, then they should be able to get the package from the airport in the same time. Hopefully they'll get it to me. I've been waiting two weeks now.Review from Paulla B

Shittiest shipping company ever. They ruin more product during transit, than they deliver in good condition. Theyre shady as s*** and also do not cover cost of the damage. They dont care. Find another company to ship with!Allegro Home Delivery Response

Tellible company. We used them to ship our products for a few months and it cost us more money than we made from our customers because they damaged 7 out of every 10 products we shipped with them. Dealing with their claims department took over one year. We have open claims still from May of 2021 and it is now almost March of 2022. They fight hard to lie and cheat you out of your claim. I've been wasting so much time with them over the past year trying to get our claims paid. Months and months of time. Do not work with them. They deserve to go out of business so they don't cost any other businesses any more money. RUN AWAY and use another company!Review from Benjamin C

This is a garbage shipping company with garbage customer service. If you ever hear of a company (i.e. NordicTrack/iFit) using them, RUN!
