      They don’t deserve any stars I don’t advise anyone to go to Deka Lash in Eden Prairie. The agents there are rude and that company is a fraud. I originally had an appointment in St. Louis park with a trainee back in September of 2023. I also scheduled a follow up appointment (Tru Express service) in Eden Prairie a month later October of 2023 (not knowing the trainie would do a terrible job). The Eden Prairie facility was closer to my residence. Mind you, after the trainie did my eyelashes. I paid her and advised her I had an appointment in Eden Prairie that i needed to cancel. She insured me she would call and have it cancelled for me. October I get a call from an agent in Eden Prairie confirming my appointment. I advised her that I originally had an appointment a month ago and the Deka agent in St. Louis Park said she would call you guys and cancel it for me? This is when the Eden Prairie Deka lash agent got rude. She advised me about their policy and said she never got a call from the agent at their other location in regard's to my cancellation. I advised her how the trainie did a terrible job and that’s why I asked her if she could call and cancel my next appointment. The rude agent in Eden Prairie had the nerve to tell me they are still going to charge me. Even though I didn’t make the appointment. I told them if they did charge my card. I would dispute it. They charged my card anyway…I disputed it. 2 months later today November 28th 2023 Deka Lash in Eden Prairie charged my card again. I called my bank and they stated…Deka Lash sent policy documentation that I had an appointment and they never received a call from me. So Deka Lash was able to recharge my card and win the dispute 2 months later due to their employee negligence. Never again… I would never recommend this establishment to anyone and if I could boycott this place, I would! I hope they go out of business!
