Had this company replace my roof within a few months it was leaking they came and stated they "fixed" it now (2 yrs later) it is leaking badly. They came and stated it was the gutter guards causing the leak I removed the guards and it still leaked. I had a contractor come look and they removed the soffit and found the roofers did not put flashing where the two roofs meet which is causing a lot of water to leak and has excessive water damage on my roof and structure. I've reached out numerous times they keep telling me days someone will be here then no one come so I continue to contact them they give me another day someone will be coming but no one ever comes. This leak is causing significant damage to my roof structure and needs to be repaired asap but they never come. The longer they don't fix it the more damagenis occurringInitial Complaint

Options was hired to replace our siding. We ordered siding, they stated that they had a facility to store our products inside. THis was not true, they obviously moved it quite a bit because it was really damaged when they finally delivered it. Then canceled tohe project and I'm stuck with damaged siding!Business response

This customer was refunded his money and provided the siding for free, so not only is there no claim to be made, the customer is actually in a ********************** position than the law would otherwise provide him. This homeowner has also simultaneously filed a complaint with the our insurance company, Attorney General, and the ********** of ************ None of which have taken action against Options.Initial Complaint

Had this company come out and replace my roof shingles, the actual shingle work it nice but the problem is that they made an extension of the roof sag more to the point where my backdoor scrapes it when opening it. I've let them know about it and at first I was told someone would come out and try to **** it back up. Now that some time had gone by, they are now going back on their word and saying that because they aren't a framing company they are not responsible. That to me sounds ridiculous because it's like saying if they damage something other than the shingles they aren't responsible. I understand that piece of the roof had some sag prior to them coming out and doing the work but immediately after they were done the door started scraping so they've essentially made the sag more extreme. They keep saying it would've happened with snowfall anyway to try to divert it from them but it's held up like that for years without issues. I've made it pretty clear to them I'm not looking for them to replace the whole framework in that extension of the roof. I just want them to revert the additional damage that they've cause and I was pretty much told by the Project Manager that they aren't responsible for the damage they caused because their roofing guys aren't heavy...Business response

We have spoken to homeowner directly regarding this complaint and have created a plan to resolve his concerns. Once they are resolved, Homeowner plans to remove his complaint.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution plan is good. I'm ok with dropping the complaint as we've agreed to have someone out on the business' behalf to see if they can fix the issue. Spoke to ** and he stated he believes that the additional sag is due to the increase in weight of around 200 pounds caused by the heavier shingles that were put on. I've agreed to drop the complaint now that someone is finally coming out to fix it. If anything else happens between now and then, the ** stated I can open a secondary complaint if something is satisfactory, which I've also agreed to.
