Terrible employment experience. Wasted over 2 years of my life that I can't get back. Unless your an *** kisser or sleeping with management, you will never advance or move up in this company.

Lived at ****************. They are now trying to charge me $2,000 for damage I reported to maintenance. They asked me who I did a walk thru with when I moved out..No one and not once was that a thing they offered when I moved out. we move in 12/6/2021 out6/30/2022and we got **** for carpet replacement 1921.43!the apartment did a pre-inspection where they basically said there was a "large stain" in living rooms which we have to pay to replace all the carpets in every room if they cannot clean it,because we put tire in living room!i told them that new tire have not used cause i just bought new car after moving in ,i used winter tire during rent home in winter!so carpet life experiency8year,there is7yearsof life lost for1921.43!they just change carpet before we move in ,so only half years!we fine with living room change but no whole room Although we did house cleaning before moving out!unresonable! we come to office 25/7/2022 on monday,we told to them we fine with replace living room carpet,he said carpet were no match colors sometihing so they did every room areadly!he only told us if cannot clean will change carpet ,no body tell us before need change whole room!they just laying cause they want make money !he said he knows that but areadly chage!if no pay will send it to collections,so You have to pay no matter how much they **** youcause they will told you we dont have that , Carpets that were available before can't be bought now, can you believe it?Customer Response

I went to the office today and didn't get a reasonable result, I hope they can issue a specific repair invoice receipt instead of just saying an amount you have to payReview from Paula B

We live in the building at Kellogg Square. We live in one of the most expensive apartment. They improperly and poorly maintain the apartment. They even have fire code and safety violations.Bigos Management, Inc Response
