We're very pleased with our solar system; the process of working with Wolf River Electric has been seamless. Transparent the whole time about costs and savings, great communication, and very professional. We love our setup, it is incredibly well done. It's a big decision to switch to solar but it's a no brainer; I highly recommend working with them.

Buyer beware, my daughter and son-in-law are in litigation with this company due to their installation and sales practices. The solar panels are sitting on the yard for 2 years, holes in the roof, and they are unresponsive and Unwilling to repair the roof and unwind the damage financial and otherwise.

Through reading the reviews (and in my experience) it seems that your experience with the company depends on which people you end up working with. My second electrician, Don, was amazing. He communicated very well and was quick to explain any and everything through the process on the electrical side of things. He was very kind, honest, punctual, and knowledgeable. He even kept some of the other installation crew (which changed by day) in check, becoming kind of like a lead and supervisor for when they weren't being as safe and productive. My program manger was not a good communicator at first but seemed to do better toward the end. I did not like that I was not included on the redesign of my system. I only knew that the plan had changed when someone dug a trench in my yard and I received a packet a couple days before install. Their responses to this were that I asked about a subpanel (I also asked about more solar panels) and for the solar panel design, simply a 'this will provide more energy' without anything more of a explanation or comparison to the original design. Overall they were installed and after getting the witness test scheduled they were running. So far they are not producing as much as I expected but it is also winter season now. I was told the snow should melt off itself but I just ordered a gentle snow rake since it took days to melt a few inches. I'm not sure how much I would recommend them for Solar since there was a lot of stress with changes and random workers showing up at my home. They also left a pallet of trash in my yard for over a month until my panels were active. There was a few great workers that I met with the company as well such as our sales rep Ryan and a few that I unfortunately can't remember the names of right now. The guy that came for the witness test seemed amazing. He listened to my concerns over the whole process and apologized for my experience. He reassured me they were working to be better and I wish I had met him sooner.

We installed our ground mount system on our property and decided to go with Wolf River as they are local and have great reviews online. So far we enjoy our new system and have enjoyed working with them.

I have spent numerous hours and days in researching companies to assist me in my solar panels and am so happy i decided to move forward with Wolf River Electric. Great service, amazing staff and quality work. I'd recommend to anyone and will.
