I was supposed to have my garbage can exchanged with a smaller one last Friday, but they never did. Not a big deal, but calling in today and talking with ***** was horrible. She must be having a bad day. Please dont employ people like her, or give her a mental health day. Its not my fault my cans didnt get swapped. I dont take notes of who I speak with when I call in, it normally isnt an issue with you guys, I normally am impressed by the customer **********************.Business response

Customer called back on 9/17/23 and requested to decrease his trash service from a 65 gallon to 35 gallon and the customer ********************** rep didn't complete the work so his cart was not exchanged as promised and then when he called back in a week after asking what happened the customer ********************** rep asked if he knew who he spoke with and then he said no and eventually he hung up because he said he didn't like the customer ********************** reps **** of voice. I will use this as a coaching opportunity as we take customer ********************** very serious and we do on going training with our team. I called the customer today ******* and left him a message personally so that I can apologize and make it right. I will offer to downgrade the cart if he still wishes to do so and give him a free month of service for his troubles with having his request competed.Customer response

I received a yard waste invoice late winter. I did not wish to have yard waste collected as I would be moving over the summer and am unemployed and the price was double. I do not remember whether I left a voice mail or spoke with some one in early spring, but I do know the date I emailed also stating I did not want this service for 2022, May 9. I have contacted this company explaining the same and they keep wanting me to pay $342 for a service I had declined. I just had this same situation happen to me with a lawn service wherein I stated several times I did not want service in 2022. I will not pay for a service I never intended to have and pay. Im unemployed and it was too expensive and I knew Id be moving.Business response

This account has been closed out and we credited the ** service. She still owes for trash and recycle service for July and one week of August. The balance on her account is $40.45. Trash and recycle is not an elective service as we have a city contract with Farmington, and she is responsible for paying trash and recycling. Yard waste is an elective service and we have removed it. She made a payment in July but that covered her trash and recycle for *****************
