I purchased a vehicle from them on 9 JAN 2023 via an online auction. I was given a dealer conditional title for the previous dealership still having the title (******* ** **************). I called Central ** ************** and they said they still have the title because they were never paid for the vehicle by Minnewaska Motors.

I bought 2 vehicles 5/14/23 and 7/21/23. Both stated they have clean titles. Had both them delivered but there was no title when delivered. Emails and phone calls have done nothing. The couple times he did respond it was some ******** excuse. 10/20/23 still no titles and it doesn't look for getting them. What can be done to get our titles. Class action lawsuit ? Bonded titles look like a pain and costly to get. Please put a stop to this.

I purchased a **** Buick Rendezvous On 08/16/2023 from an online auction site HI-BID that serves ** auction out of **************. I could have sworn I put a bid in of $1400.00 I looked after auction and it stated I won the bid at $1550.00 I overlooked that cause I liked the car. And there's a 24 hour warranty on the engine and or transmission. Car was to be picked up with-in the next 3 days. The very next morning I get a call from a shipping company that was going to bring my car to me and charge $540. I told them no way I was going to pick it up and I hadn't asked anyone to ship it. On 8/18/2023 I picked it up. 10 miles down the roadbwhen I came to a stop sign it over heated, *** will not engage. The back tire is at an angle. You can't drive over 40 without car wanting to fall apart. I immediately called no answer so I emailed numerous times with no answer back. I finally got a hold of someone on 8/19/2023 They told me thermostat only cost about $50 to fix the over heating. And the *** has nothing to do with transmission so it wasn't there problem. Now I should tell you that I was outbid on this same vehicle the prior week. So I'm assuming the person who won that bid brought it back and that's how I got stuck with this I had to pay $1875.50 and that does not include registration because I live in another state from where it was bought. They were closing so I was told just to sign so I could get the key. They never even gave me the registration just some frivolous paperwork. Once again I knew there was a 24 hour warranty so I figured I would be safe. Now I'm out the money the gas and time it took and have no idea how I'm going to come up with the money to fix this. I just want my money back and they can come get the car

Hello, I purchased a 2013 ******************* on June 21, 2023 for the amount of $2,400.00 from this company that was advertised on Hi Bid Auctions. I then paid for it to be delivered to my home on July 1st, 2023. It wasn't delivered until July 6th, 2023. It was stated on auction details for this vehicle that it had a clean title and was test driven for 20 miles with no issues. It was delivered with a dead(junk battery), a busted left side tie rod end and the front tire on that side would not hold air. I dont believe that the vehicle was test driven at all so that is flat out deception. The full price I paid on June 25,2023 for vehicle and delivery was $3,187.00. As of todays date I still do not have the title for vehicle. Minnewaska Motors now will not respond at all. This is a horrible situation and I have no idea what to do. By the way, I have all documentation pertaining to this sale. thank you. **** .

I purchased a vehicle on 5/12/2023 from this dealer. Went to pick it up and asked him about putting it in my daughters name and not mine as I was buying it for my minor granddaughter. My daughter was not with me but he said he could still put it in her name.He got a copy of her DL from me and filled out all the purchase papers with my daughters name.We got the car home and decided it really wouldn't be a good vehicle for my granddaughter and may be too big for her. So we bought her a different car from a different dealer. The 2nd dealer said he would buy the 1st car from us as soon as we received the title. We waited and waited for the title and it never came so he backed out of buying it. Yesterday 3 months after purchasing this vehicle I checked online and it said a title was issued in the office to someone. So this morning I sent the dealer a message asking him about what happened to the title and why we do not have it.He did not respond to me. Instead he used the paper work and messaged my daughter that he needed a copy of her DL again. When my daughter asked what was going on and why the title shows was issued in a office on 6/20/2023 he responded with there was a problem with the title and a lien. My daughter also asked him why this was not communicated to us at all, he never responded. We have requested he not transfer it into my daughters name at all and he can take the car back and refund us as it seems like something that is not legal is going on.I also called DMV about the title and they told me if my daughter was not there when the vehicle was purchased she did not sign anything they can not transfer it into her name. That would be illegal.I let them know this and they have not responded.I would like them now to NOT transfer this vehicle into my daughters name, come get the vehicle and refund our money. I feel we were patient in waiting for the title but once we saw a title was issued in the office on 6/20/23 and not to us, then the dealer trying to do stuff that does not appear to be legal or in good faith I would prefer not to deal with them any more.

I purchased a vehicle and had it shipped to Me in early January. I was told I would get paperwork in the mail in the next few weeks. It is now late May and I havent gotten anything, and every contact I have the emails come back as not deliverable and no working number. I cannot drive this vehicle or take it to get registered since I have nothing. I have spent almost $800 fixing a break problem immediately after purchasing.. it had no functioning brakes but that wasnt disclosed. I spent a lot of money on this vehicle and fixing the brakes.
