I was interviewing with The Social Lights for a full time role -- went through 6 rounds of interviews and unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) did not get the job. Although the hiring manager ensured my interviews were confidential, the word that I was interviewing got back to my employer (from the HR Leader) and I was immediately terminated for seeking out other career opportunities. The lack of integrity and confidentiality that was displayed by The Social Lights throughout my interview process leads me to believe the company is lacking core values and an ability to understand the bigger picture. Since I was not hired by The Social Lights and was fired from my former position, I have been left in an extremely financially insecure place and would not wish that on anyone. I do not wish this insecurity on anyone. Be careful while interviewing with them. Also, be aware that you may go through 6 interviews and get ghosted when they decide not to hire you.
