      DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR ITEMS. I PURCHASED THE INSTA360 ACE PRO 2 THAT THEY SAID WAS IN STOCK AND WOULD BE DELIVERED ON NOVEMBER 16, 2024. THE ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK AT BEST BUY OR EVEN INSTA360's WEBSITE. THEY (BEST BUY) ARE FALSE ADVERTISING PROVIDING A DATE OF DELIVERY WHEN IN FACT THE ITEM HAS SOME ISSUES AND IS BEING HELD UP BY THE MANUFACTURER! THEY WILL PROVIDE A FALSE SHIPPING NUMBER AND WHEN YOU CALL TO CANCEL THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THE ABILITY TO CANCEL. YET, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR THE ITEM. PLEASE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR ELECTRONIC NEEDS! MY PACKAGE WAS DUE 16 NOVEMBER, BUT I GOT AN EMAIL AT 3:05 AM THE MORNING IT WAS DUE STATING IT MAY TAKE UNTIL NOVEMBER 30TH TO RECEIVE MY ITEM. SEARCH THE INTERNET AND YOU'LL SEE IT'S NOT AVAILABLE. I PURCHASED THE ITEM BECAUSE THEY SAID IT WAS IN STOCK......HORRIBLE SERVICE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! HAVE A GREAT DAY!

      The worst experience ever! The delivery and installation scheduling process is horrible -. Due to it being chosen by the system and not a person. My initial schedule was sent to me via text the morning before - I am unable to make those arrangements for time off from work the day before unless I'm sick. The ability to reach someone that can do something is impossible. You are unable to call any store number as it all routes out to a call center outside of this country...the USA I placed three different calls and each person told me they were unable to help me out other than rescheduling for a week later. Since I was unable to reach anybody at the store or anybody at customer service, (outside of the US) that was unable to help me.... I had to drive back to the store to talk to management. I was frustrated, especially after spending as much money as I did at Best buy. Needless to say I will no longer ever be purchasing from Best buy again.

      I would rate this a 0, but it’s not an option. I ordered a Kitchen Aid refrigerator (new) online. They attempted to deliver it today but tried to scam me by delivering an open box refrigerator that was scratches dented and missing parts. I refused delivery. I chatted with customer service tonight to find out what the status of my replacement refrigerator is and was told they are now out of stock and wouldn’t get a refrigerator until at least January 16, 2025. Customer service transferred me 10 times and no one was able to help me. They just kept passing me off to someone else. I spoke with Ankit, Anusha, Leo Zane, Vanessa, Jyothika, and a few others. They tried to upsell me to a higher model for an additional $1000 or down sell me to a different brand. I told them I wanted a kitchen aid and no other brands are going to satisfy me. They would not honor the price for the one that I did pay for on a different kitchen aid model. They are scammers and they lack customer service skills. I will never order anything from Best Buy again and i will be paying off my credit card and cancelling it. Best Buy is the absolute worst. Do not order from them as they will not honor their prices and they will scam you by passing off an open box item for new.

      I purchased a $1500 computer monitor which stated will arrive to me the next day, after back and forth about my order the warehouse is run very badly, I ended getting it to my house 6 days later. Do not trust threre delivery, never will I order again from best buy.

      Was sold a warranty and told it included accidentally damage. That was untruthful to get me to buy the warranty. The manager was sarcastic, unprofessional and accusatory of me. They couldn't find my purchase in the system and I showed proof of my purchase which made him more confrontational. I ended up just leaving.

      Terrible. I got charged a $179 fee without warning. Then I was told I had paid off my bill in its entirety. But, it turned out I hadn't. They insisted on making me pay late fees. They refused to make it right even though they had told me it had been paid off. I consider this their mistake but they made me pay for it. I canceled my card and won't be making purchases with them anymore.

      I ordered Starlink from Best Buy in Silverdale, WA back in September. Best Buy outsourced the job to another 3rd party vendor. They canceled on me 3 times saying they don’t do installs on the side of the roof. Gave me the run around until finally we scheduled a time. We scheduled for a 6pm slot since I work in Seattle and my commute home takes 3 hours, they didn’t arrive until about 9:30pm!!!!! They drove up in a U-Haul, parked on the grass and didn’t get started on the job till after 10pm at night. There were 2 people there and the girl that went up the ladder kept on saying, “Ohhh Lord, if I die, please call my kids, I'm afraid of heights”, then said “Ohhh my gosh there are spiders, their eyes are looking at me”, while the gentlemen holding the ladder started laughing, pulled out his cigarette and started smoking. They slammed my door 3 times, didn’t leave my house till past 11pm!!!! Made a mess and the next morning the silicon that was placed around the holes was dripping. The guy argued with me and said he did a good job, but ended up taking care of it. Best Buy said they would follow up with me…2 months later no response, they also said I would get reimbursed….no reimbursement at all. Terrible terrible company that they hired, super unprofessional.

      Don’t trust their same day delivery guarantee. They partner with an unreliable third party. I went 7 hours waiting for my order and then received notification it wouldn’t be delivered that day. Which is fine, except I wouldn’t be home the next day, which is why I ordered same day delivery. Was told multiple times I couldn’t cancel, even though the product was still at their warehouse. Best Buy told me to contact Roadie (their delivery partner) to reschedule, but Roadie says to contact the shipper if the item hasn’t been picked up yet. Had to jump through so many hoops. NEVER ordering from Best Buy again

      I purchased a Samsung 77” Class S95D Glare Free OLED 4K TV for around $5,000 in August 2024. It was defective. It was replaced and now the 2nd unit has failed. I have been without a tv for several months waiting for resolution. It is now after the 90 day return window, so I am stuck with this 77” pile of junk. I now require neurosurgery on the discs in my neck and am extremely limited in mobility as well as in pain (will provide documentation). I was hoping the big tv would provide some kind of entertainment and relief - which isn’t happening. Please help resolve this.
