The ************************* *********** ************ has been with ipHouse for maybe 30 years. For the last few years we have been paying $30 a month for email/web services. They have been billing our credit card. This month the bill was $300. I thought it was an error and when checking with them they say no that is what they increased the monthly charge to. It is my understanding that several companies have had this happen to them. I think it is criminal and that they should have given us a couple months notice on what the bill would be and time to switch our accounts to another provider. The amount of money below will depend on how fast we can get our account changed over. We have been working on it since we received our **** bill. We have requested that the *** respond to this situation.

We'll suspend invoices for Account #****** for a few months to allow them to find a new service provider.

I am rejecting this response because:  We have moved our account and cancelled our service with iphouse.  We need them to make a refund of $270 to our credit card.  It is the least they can do for a client of 30 years.  We had to use two tech outfits to help us through this issue and so it cost us additional expense not to mention the stress it put us under.  We are only asking that they charge us only the $30 as in prior months.   Thank you.

Please email into ********************************** with your account number so the request can be processed.

Nothing can be processed third hand through this web site.

I am rejecting this response because:  I am not rejecting or excepting their response.  I have sent messages to the email site they state in their response prior to BBB complaint and have not received a refund yet.  **************** is holding the charge waiting to see if they will put through a refund.  I can again send another request for the refund and see if that works.  Much thanks to BBB for continuing the efforts to resolve this issue.  thank you
