10/18/24 today I received a monthly statement from Terminex for a years old agreement in which Terminex switched the name of the existing account to my name from my sister **** Butlers name who lives and owns the house at ***********************************************************. She also owns the existing years old agreement. I had paid for services rendered by Terminex that were not part of the existing contract that were done in early October (2nd week) of this year. I paid by credit card in full, I only signed for the services of a garage door seal and attic insulation. No where did I agree to take over the existing contract however Terminex seems to have taken upon themselves to fraudulently switch to my name on the contact. If the paper work I signed for the Oct 2024 said otherwise I would think something that important would have been pointed out verbally by a reputable company . We did reach out to Terminex and after speaking to a very rude CS agent who virtually called my sister a liar, we were connected to a supervisor who said she would handle it. I dont trust them now. My credit is extremely important to me, I am not responsible for my sisters existing contract. I want answers and confirmation this will be handled swiftly. If I see a negative report on my credit file after being told this would be handled, I consider that to be lack of good customer service and willful intent.Initial Complaint

On April 29, 2024 I had Terminex come out to take some squirrels out of the attic and to fix the damage the squirrels had caused. My father payed the terminex representative the amount of $2,139.39 on that same day. They said they will come back out and put traps so the squirrels can get caught. This was done on May 8th, 2024. After this, a week and a half went by and I never received a follow up call . I took the time to call and asked if I can have someone out because the squirrels were still there, and nothing had really been done for the issue. I was told it would take **************************************** back and get that appointment scheduled. I never got a call. I called back and asked what was happening and they told me that a manager was gonna call me back so we could see what was going on. Unfortunately, I never got a call from the manager either. I have tried to get in touch with them through text, since they offer that option, but no one ever follows up with me. The damage at the house is now bigger because they made more holes and Unfortunately it has been raining a lot, meaning there is water coming in. I have taken another alternative to fix the issue. I am very upset with their service and of course don't want to deal with them anymore. And it just seems like I can't get to the right department or the right person to talk about the issue.Initial Complaint

I had them come out for a mouse problem. They sealed a few small areas and placed 2 bait traps. I caught all the mice myself with traps.
