Renae was extraordinary in her service to us for removing Hunter Douglas window treatments in preparation for new windows being installed and then re-installing the window treatments. She also replaced tassels on existing blinds. She was lovely to work with ~~~ knowledgeable, accommodating of our desired time schedule, personable, and offered great ideas! We hired and worked with ***** for our new Villa home. We could not have made a better choice! ***** is the best! Top of the list! She is very kind, caring and such a happy person all the time. A total delight to work with. ON time or early, gets the shades hung and stands behind every one of them. She will even come back at a moments notice, and adjust them, or fix any issues. We have had *************************** products previously and appreciate the fine quality, and the many choices they have. ***** knows her products, she is patient, and guides you in choices. Her interior design degree helps when we were not sure which colors or fabrics to go with. We would recommend her to everyone, and we will continue to use her for any shades, or design ideas.Review from Stephanie E

I have worked with ***** a number of times and have received excellent service each time. She is patient and easy to work with, and she answered all of my questions. She knew the benefits of each product and helped us decide which was right for our space. She offered great advice when we were trying to decide between patterns/colors, and with her help our space looks great! ***** makes sure that your products are exactly what they are supposed to be and exactly as you expected. If there are any issues with the products she makes sure to correct them. I would recommend ***** to all, and I'll definitely go back to her for our next window treatment purchase.Review from Tammi R

We received a brochure when moving into our home last fall. So glad we called and checked out Bed & Blinds! ***** was wonderful to work with! She is very knowledgeable and professional. We purchased a couple of times and had the *************************** window treatments installed. We definitely would go with this company again and recommend to others!

She is very professional, friendly and always has a wonderful eye to determine just the right look for our home.
