      We purchased a refrigerator from them, which started having problems when it was 9 months old. We did not have a service plan with them. They told us to call the manufacturer as we had a year warranty with that company. We did, but the manufacturer did not follow through on the warranty and would never get back to us. We then reached out again to ******* to have them service the refrigerator (of course we would pay) and were told they do not service refrigerators, even if they sold it to us. However, in their online listing, they claim to service All ***** Home Appliances. The kicker is they always have quotations from the Bible in front of their business. HYPOCRITES! DO NOT buy from them!!!

      The customer purchased a Midea refrigerator and had it delivered on 11/30/2023. This product comes with a 1 year parts and labor warranty from the manufacture. Steve's Appliances does not service Midea's warranty. Please reach out to the company directly at ************** and they will schedule factory service for the product.

      ******* does not stand behind what they sell. We purchase all of our kitchen appliances from them so not a small order. Fast forward one year plus a month, so out of warranty. The ice maker stopped working. After not being able to fix ice maker and paying them and having several visits from their technician (who was very nice) no luck, they then actually told us to call a different service company to try to get it fixed. Very frustrating. Do not buy from them!

      Thank you for this review and information. We're very sorry to hear about the icemaker issues. We reviewed our information and it looks like we were initially able to fix the icemaker but then the problem appeared again. We set up more service calls like ***** stated and did provide additional service and parts without charge to fix the issue but were unable to correct the issue. We advised ***** to contact the manufacturer and their direct service provider(*********** Appliance Repair) to get a second opinion. Many times Manufacturers have internal data to identify an issue they may be having with a particular model and can provide guidance to the consumer to solve the problem with the product they produced. ******* works hard to provide excellent customer service and in a case like this direct a customer to a solution if we cannot provide one.
