I had then evacuate the air conditioner on a trailer **** and recharge it after it was move to a lot in country manor court. They then hooked up the natural gas line and air conditioner.the air conditioner worked for two days then would cool anymore tried several times to call richards but got on answer left message still no answer so text *** on 5/9/ 2024 *** texted back and said he would check with his employee and get back to me. never heard form him again texted him on 5/13/24 again on 5/16/24 no reply on any of these times call apex hvac they came out said it had a leak so was out of feron they fixed leak charged unit and got it working there charge was $573.00 $330.if it was for feron which I fell richards owe me for cause they coudn't have checked it for a leakI texted them with that explaintion and the amout I felt they owed me haven't heard a thing from them
