I purchased the north state 3 in 1 super yard just a couple of months ago. The gate is significantly defective where it continuously collapses. I am not able to return it to the store and was told I need to go through the manufacturer. I contacted northstate and they said they would only replace a few bars. I do not feel safe with just the replacement of a bar here and there. The gate is significantly compromised and defective and they should understand I do not feel safe with my child near it. I would like to exchange this with them for a non defective item.Business response

I have been in direct communication with ***************************** in regards to her issue with her 3-in-1 Metal Superyard. I am awaiting images from her that depict the issue with her play yard. Upon receipt of the images we can then move forward with a resolution.

I purchased 2 of the same baby gates from this company on Amazon. They both broke one day after installation. They refuse to provide a full refund, only a partial refund or a replacement. The product seems to be defective if it breaks as easily as it does and it is supposedly to keep small children safe so a replacement isn't helpful.
