Very professional. They took care of everything, we did not have to do a thing. Great job, on time, very regular updates on progress of project. New roof looks great. Can't praise them enough.

I would not recommend Legacy Restoration for any job, if it's not a sure thing you never hear from them. I have called and left messages to their project manager and never heard back. I feel that the whole process was just a big company scam. If this is the kind of customer service that the project manager brings, he be out the door. I have never been so disappointed in a company practice and that they were there to help and never did after the meeting with the insurance adjuster.Legacy Restoration, LLC Response

A contractor misrepresented the level of damage on my roof leading to a denied claim. After having the adjustor reviewed the damage only $600 worth of damage was found. This has negatively impacted my ability to obtain insurance on a home purchase. The contractors are willing to harm potential customers as a means to drum up business.Legacy Restoration, LLC Response

Thank you for taking the time to share your concern.
After identifying the storm damages to your home, we met with your insurance adjuster onsite. We showed your adjuster all the damages we had identified, and although he agreed that the damages were from a storm, he notified us that you were paid out for those damages on a previous claim but did not perform the work. If the damages already paid for are not fixed, your insurance company will not pay for them a second time.
We are aware that we explained this to you in a conversation at your home, but your complaint was submitted to the BBB after that conversation, so we are responding with the same information here. We hope this information helps clear up your concern, and encourage you to contact your insurance company with any additional questions or concerns.Review from Judy H

Back in June of 2024, I referred my elderly neighbors to get a roof and gutters replaced. For my referral, I was told that I would get $250.00. Since then, I have made several phone calls and sent text messages and the answer is always "I will look into it." What could they be looking into? How hard is it for them to mail me a check or come to my address and drop it off rather than saying "I will look into it"? Their referral program appears to be a hoax.Legacy Restoration, LLC Response

Legacy did a great job on the installation of our roof, gutters, and downspouts. They completed the tear off and replacement of the roof in one long day, and replaced all the gutters and downspouts in approximately 6 hours.Legacy Restoration, LLC Response
