I Waited 7 weeks for an appointment for an alternator replacement. First they told me they couldn't get a *** alternator for at least 4 months. I was able to order one and have it delivered in one day.So, I finally brought the bike in on the day of my long-awaited appointment, June 28, and asked when it might be done. I was told by ***** (service manager) that he'd call me by the end of the day to let me know because they were backed up. I then waited 2 days before calling the dealership to find out when my bike would be done, since ***** never called me back. I waited on hold for 35 minutes while the guy who answered asked ***** when my bike would be done. Finally, I was told that it would be started on Friday (3 days late) and finished the following Tuesday (today, July 5th)I tried calling the dealership several times, but nobody answers the service line there, so I decided to drive to the dealership to find out what's going on. When I got there I was told that they hadn't even started on my bike. I asked, several times, when I could expect my bike to be done and the guy I talked to claimed he had no idea, but it wouldn't be "for a while." he refused to ask the one remaining employee in their service department. I asked what the point of having an appointment was, to which he replied that it was "to get the bike in to diagnose it, not to fix it." When I told him it had already been diagnosed and that the part was ordered and delivered 8 weeks prior, another guy who worked there (who had been standing right there when ***** originally told me that he'd call me AND who had been the guy to deliver the message that my bike would be done on Tuesday) came over to me and started yelling and cursing at me. He told me to "GET THE **** OUT OF HIS STORE" *************** He also told me to take my bike and get it fixed somewhere else. I replied, I would be happy to do so, except my bike doesn't run because it needs a new alternator. They have my bike, refuse to fix it.

This business sold my 2012 ****** V-***** **** motorcycle over 60 days ago. The dealership owes me $4,205.50 as agreed upon and will not remit payment to me. I was promised payment within 30 days or less from the date of sale and have received nothing but excuses. I have called numerous times and been told the matter is being looked into, then no one ever calls back as promised.

Dropped off motorcycle for storage at *** Richfield on OCT 14, ******************************************* payment was oil change. Also asked them to put new tires on at the same time.Received a call on 08 March that they were going to bring the motorcycle out of storage and start service - they had the tires in stock. They never called me back since that day in March. On 04 MAY (almost two full months later), I called them to get a status. They "didn't know". I called again 6 times over the course of two business weeks to get a status. Same answer, and couldn't answer *where* my motorcycle was. Taking over two months to put on new tires and do an oil change is NOT a "reasonable timeframe" to do agreed upon work. It also isn't reasonable not to get ANY kind of communication from *** Richfield as to the status ("we are starting", "we found an issue", etc). They also haven't responded to my inquiry of where my motorcycle is - I don't know if they have it, lost it, damaged it, or whatever. **************** has been reluctant to give me any solid answers other than "we don't know".
