Absolutely the worst HV** contractors in the ** bar none. They were happy to sell the system but everything after was a complete s*** show. The installation went poorly. It took over a year to get the city to approve the install and K&S were extremely rude and unhelpful through the process. The icing on the cake was this year a mere 3 years after the ** was installed. Their installation was so bad that a leak occurred and the ** stopped cooling. K&S refused to honor the warranty on their installation instead claiming (I'm not joking) that the earth may have shifted and cause the pipe that had the leak to move and break the joint. I used a different contractor to fix their mess. DO NOT USE this company. And if you are ever on the phone with **** in their office just hang up and move on.Review from Lori K

Extremely unhappy with ************* conditioning installation. Its all about collecting your money. Poor service. ****** told us they had poor training. Owner visited worksite twice and still didnt pass inspection. Call Superior plumbing and heating for great service. Avoid K&S - they are cobblers!Review from Daniel K

K&S has left my basement flooded. I called before warranty expiration. They say they owe me nothing. I have pictures of the butchery K&S did to my home.
