I contacted Hoglund Law to help with my Social Security Disability claim. It turns out they dropped the Disability case because they couldn't win this case, so they told me. I am looking for a refund of $1,307.89. I'm getting nowhere with this company in getting my monies refunded. Attorneys won't return calls.

In the last month, I've recieved mail telling me I'm being sued. I know I'm not being sued, but Hoglund Law keeps sending out fear mongering letters stating otherwise. I would like for these letters to stop, and am also wondering about the legality of this practice.Business response
