We (my wife and I) purchased a ************ fifth wheel camper 7/2/21. To begin, we looked at one on the showroom floor and needed a slightly different floor plan. We clearly communicated and asked if all of the other features were the same as the one we saw. We were guaranteed that they were. They were not. With much disappointment, we proceeded. We have never taken it out of our yard. The furnace quit working while we were loading it. We had an independent serviceman out. He didn't have the part he thought we needed. We're supposed to be in ***** at end of November. We settled on having the furnace fixed in **. Now as we are packed and ready to leave yesterday 12/14 the jacks won't come up. NO power to the hydraulic system. We are doing all we can do to remedy this ourselves. Thus far we cannot. We have gone to the dealer for help several times. Long story short we get the run around. They say we can bring it to them to fix but they don't do home service calls in the winter. They actually said bring it to them after we told them we can't get the jacks up which means we can't move it. That means they aren't listening and do not care. My wife is a minister and is late getting to ***** where pressing work needs to be done. The chief administrator for our ministry, which has relocated to **, has just been diagnosed with cancer. All we want is for them to come to our home and fix it. Our unit is brand new and under warranty. My wife has a history of purchasing two campers and two trucks with them in the past. No problems, but there were no issues with the vehicles then purchased. We believe this used to be a reputable company. Now we see that there are many bad reviews out there and it seems after the sale is made they're done with you. This is a critical issue for us and time is of the essence. This is not a recreational vehicle for us. This is our home while in ***** and wherever else we go for ministry. We are currently seeking help from the manufacturer.Business response

The warranty service process as outlined per the ************ ************** is to make a service appointment for repair to be done at an authorized dealer of the owner's choice. If the vehicle is unable to be transported as in this instance, there needs to be an attempt to troubleshoot and remedy the issue (often times it may be a simple fix). On 12/15 when this complain was posted it's our understanding that Mr and ****************** were on the phone with the manufacturer trying to troubleshoot the issue. ********************* the service manager reached out three times that morning with no response, when he was able to reach Mr and ****************** that day he was told the problem was solved followed by the phone called abruptly ending.
At this point we're left to believe that the camper is not in need of warranty service. If that's not the case and something still needs to be repaired, please reach out to us or another authorized service center.
