            Refund and Exchange Policy

            • Dillard Movers charges a deposit in order to reserve your booking on our schedule. Deposits are your 2-hour minimum charge plus your trip fee.

              Deposits are partially refundable if:
              a) Cancellations are made more than 48 hours prior to your service date. Customer will receive a refund of the deposit amount minus a $75 cancellation fee.
              b) Cancellations made within 48 hours of your move date will receive a refund of the TRIP FEE ONLY. If you need to reschedule, Company will honor your deposit for up to 3 months.

              Deposits may be applied as a deposit on a future move as long as the move is scheduled within 12 months of the initial deposit date. (Per current Covid-19 protocols)
