I’m over the moon happy with the professionalism and workmanship of Superior Point Exteriors!! As a new homeowner, I was guided every step of the way by Miguel S******. I had an insurance claim for hail damage and had to replace the siding, gutters, fascia, and the roof. Miguel spent time with me to help me understand every part of the process. I had received other bids for this job, but Miguel saw that the insurance estimate of coverage was low based on his extensive industry knowledge. He actually helped navigate communication with the insurance representative and provided them detailed information that increased the payout amount and in the end got me a much better product for my house than I would have had otherwise. The crew was amazing! They were kind and very respectful of my property! My project required some detailed attention and customized facia work… and I could tell that the contractor took extreme pride in the detail of his work and really cared about the quality of the end product. Finally, I had a glitch in the material choice I made and Miguel went the extra mile to convince the company to allow some modification and HONOR THE FULL WARRANTY!! Miguel is amazing. Superior point exteriors helped us through the process of having our roof and property inspected last fall. They completed the work on our roof, doors, and window wraps within a week. They were professional and clean. They were super helpful with working with our insurance. Miguel and his team did a great job. I would Definetly recommend!Superior Point Exteriors Inc Response
