In July, 2021, I put a down payment $422.00 (payment #1) for repairs on my fence. Total cost to do repairs was $4,227.00. On 10/11/2021 , I made payment #2 for $2,100.00 in middle of project and workers returned 1-2 weeks later to complete the project.In moving pavers for my sidewalk they broke and damaged my pavers. I immediately called and informed them of the damage to my property.Following day I received a call from their office indicating they would put final balance due ($1705). on my credit card . Since there was damage to my property I did not approve the transaction..An employee from Midwest Fence came to view the damage and fix the damage. He got down on his knees and with his hands and fingers dug in the dirt, and moved pavers so it would look good. It (paver ) is now on top of a concrete footing - this is not positioned correctly and will cause paver to break again. This person was not a professional landscaper with experience laying pavers. He had no equipment or knowledge on working with Pavers. The paver sidewalk was originally installed by a professional landscaping company.*******************, Sales Supervisor with Midwest Fence, did admit they damaged my property and were at fault. Now I received another invoice with FINAL BALANCE DUE $1705. ( no mention of property damage). How can they charge total amount when Midwest Fence damaged my property.I am willing to split the final payment ($1705) and pay $852.00 to them. It will cost me more than that to get a professional company to fix the problem Midwest Fence created. For the total amount ($4227.00). Midwest Fence should compensate for property damage.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.The business contacted me and we have come to an agreement and this is resolved. Thank you very much.
