I had ***** from C and M Heating and air conditioning replace my existing furnace and AC unit.There are multiple issues in the installation:1) Electrical switch controlling the furnace and AC unit was stuck behind the gas line. This was raised during installation but ***** treated us very unprofessionally and refused to fix it. 2) The insulation on line set was torn apart during installation. After raising this issue few days after installation, he has refused to respond my request.Requesting BBB to help me in this matter.ThanksBusiness response

I called the client after seeing this complaint and got out to his home on 7/19/2022 and
repositioned the gas valve so it isnt in front of the switch. The client is happy now. The client didnt understand that the new furnace isnt the same as the old one.
