They installed a patio door for us Sept. 2023. We picked them because they were the average quote and they stated their doors were built sturdy and that was why they have a double-lifetime warranty. Feb 2024 we called in warranty repair because one of the wheels on main door was broken and door would not close without effort. It took until May 2024 and ALOT of calls and emails to get them out to fix the door. Well, now it Nov, 2024 and a wheel on the screen door is broken and I have been waiting over a month to get that fixed and JUST got an email that the part was ordered. Why does it matter that the door has a double-lifetime warranty if it takes so much work to get them to fix the product?Your Home Improvement Company, LLC Response

Damien was extremely personable, friendly and punctual. And the work he did was meticulous. He was sent the wrong floor strip for one bathroom so he went out of his way to the nearest home store to purchase what was needed. We would love to have him back to do more work at our home! I heartily endorse the work done by Jason K. and Jim K. They explained what they planned to do, and worked diligently throughout the day from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM. They returned the next day to finish. The work they did was too quality. The entire crew was careful of our new hardwood floor.Review from Debra B
