6-18-22 - Set up appointment to talk to Dave ******* (co-owner of Trinity Automotive) on 8-19-22 at 10:00 am at their White Bear facility. Was subsequently told that Mr. ******* would not be available to meet in White Bear Lake, but could meet at the Blain facility. 6-19-22 - Met with Mr. ******* to discuss work to be done to my 1957 Chevy Bel Air Convertible. Discussed installing seat extender brackets, seat belts for front & rear seats and mounting & balancing 4 new tires. 8-22-22 - Went to the White Bear Lake facility to make an appointment for the work to be done. Worked with a service adviser to have the following work done. Install seat extension brackets Install seatbelts for front & rear seats Mount & balance 4 new tires. Change Oil and oil filter (If time allowed) Change air filter (If time allowed) Troubleshoot intermittent horn (If time allowed) Appointment was for 8-25-22 at 8:00am 8-25-22 - Dropped off tires, seat extension brackets and seat belts at approximately 7:30 am. 8-25-22 - Dropped off 1957 Chevy at 8:00 am. Was told that they would not be able to get to it until maybe 2:00 pm. Voiced my concern that my appointment was for 8:00 am & they were not going to start work until 2:00 pm. 8-25-22 - About 5:00 pm, picked up my 1957 Chevy. Only the tires, the horn and the seat bracket were done. 8-25-22 - Got my Chevy home & noticed that a substantial piece of carpet was cut out so the floor pan showed. 8-26-22 - Sent pictures of affected area to Ms. Cochran. 8-27-22 - Ms. ******* emailed that “We DID cut out the ¾ x 4 inch pieces of carpet on the side of the seats so that the brackets could sit flat. We did not cut out or remove anything that was under the seat. That carpet was not intact when the car came in, the seat was covering up the fact the carpet was missing.” “We should have also notified you right away that the carpet was missing” 8-29-22 Sent 6 additional pictures stating” I do not agree with what you say happened. Requested reimbursement
